I started reading a book called ‘Freedom from the Known’ and it is written by Jiddu Krishnamurti. I was blown away by the clarity of his thought. ?The book challenges beliefs and assumptions and unlike other books, it teaches you HOW to think instead of WHAT to think. Parh kar bataye kaisa laga.?

IA Rehman passes away at 90

Journalist and veteran human rights activist Ibn Abdur Rehman aka IA Rehman passed away in Lahore at the age of 90 on Monday.

He died of old age and high sugar and blood pressure levels, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) Secretary-General Harris Khalique said.
