Celebrity couple of Arez Ahmed and Hiba Bukhari are currently ringing in their honeymoon in Sri Lanka. The Inteha-e-Ishq duo shared their special moments on social media and the couple is oozing couple goals in their viral pictures.
The couple tied the knot earlier this month in Karachi.
Hiba wore a bright red Lehenga paired with heavy gold jewelry and Arez wore a black sherwani.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Sharmila Faruqi has taken legal action and filed a Rs 50 million defamation suit against host and actor Nadia Khan for making a video with Sharmila’s mother, Anisa Faruqi. In the video, the morning show host can be seen sarcastically praising Anisa’s makeup at Actor Saboor Aly’s wedding.
The notice said, “instead of understanding the agony of a daughter, whose mother has been grieving the loss of her husband, and subjected to sarcasm and ridicule by you, you resorted to the same YouTube channel as means of revenge.”
The notice claimed that the TV host violated the privacy of Sharmila Faruqi’s mother, Anisa which prompted Faruqi to take legal action against her.
“By stating that my client has taken upon the case of her mother against you for media time and that decent families do not function like that, and also that she is using [the] sympathy card against her mother for publicity, not only have you adversely affected my client’s goodwill but have also injured her reputation lowering her estimation of many of her followers/voters/supporters reducing her to ridicule, unjust criticism, dislike, contempt or hatred,” the notice added.
The PPP leader also demanded to take down the video within 15 days from the issuance of the legal notice.
In response, Nadia Khan also preparing to send legal notice of Rs 50 million for using derogatory remarks for her. She updated her followers regarding the action while uploading a post on her Instagram, saying she was sending the notice because Sharmila used, “insulting remarks for a woman”.
On January 20, Sharmila Faruqi also went to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) cybercrime head office to lodge a complaint against Nadia Khan.
Later, Nadia Khan has uploaded a video with her husband to share her stance in which she has stated that her perceived intentions cannot be punished by any law and that she only praised Anisa.
“Sharmila should be thankful that I praised her mother. Elderly people like to be appreciated and I just did that.”
The controversy began between them when Nadia Khan uploaded the video of Saboor Aly’s wedding function on her Youtube channel on January 13 in which she was seen sarcastically praising the makeup of the PPP leader’s mother, Anisa Faruqi.

Actor and Model Ayesha Omar has recently revealed who is her favourite cricketer in Pakistan. She also mentioned that which cricketer used to take modelling tips from her.
In a candid interview on the Geo News programme ‘Jashan-e-Cricket’, Omar said star all-rounder Shoaib Malik is her favourite.
The Karachi Se Lahore diva added that Malik is not only her favourite cricketer but is also her old friend.
The actor also shed light on the photoshoot that the two friends did, which went viral on social media for all the wrong reasons.
Omar, however, said that she enjoyed the shoot with Malik and that he used to take modelling tips from her during the time they worked on that shoot.
Actor Ayesha Omar has opened up about her horrific road accident with celebrity friend Azfar Rehman.
In 2016, Omar was in a car accident with fellow actor Azfar Rehman and their driver on the Karachi to Hyderabad highway. Reflecting on the incident, she explained, “When I got into an accident, I faced my greatest fear of getting into an accident and that someone would come and kidnap and sexually abuse me, which felt worse than death. When it happened, the fear amalgamated.”
She continued, “I was on the highway at the time, and I was in the middle of the road lying there, and a car stopped. A group of six to seven men got out… I have three to four broken bones so I couldn’t move, but I wasn’t bleeding. I was conscious and in shock and was screaming in pain. They came towards me to help but I was scared that they were going to come and sexually assault me. It happened recently with another woman. I had that fear six years ago… I remember bracing for the worst and praying to God to just kill me.”
Sharing how the situation was not what she had feared, the actor asserted the importance of believing in the goodness in people. She said, “But, they were just trying to help… that’s when I realised you cannot let your fears take over your life. Prepare for the worst but you have to believe in a positive outcome.”

Actor Yumna Zaidi appeared on Naumaan Ijaz’s chat show’s latest episode, on which the Pyaar Ke Sadqay star was asked to share the qualities that she finds attractive in the opposite gender.
The Thakan star was quick to reveal the following:
The first quality is the boy’s eyes. The second is his nails, which reflect the man’s hygiene.
The third one is his choice of shoes, whereas the last factor is his voice. It takes these four qualities to charm her.

Lal Kabootar actor, Ahmed Ali Akbar appreciated the acknowledgment by PTI Senator Faisal Javed on his performance in HUM TV’s drama Parizaad.
PTI Senator penned on his Twitter, ” A character getting more fame than the actor behind it, it is a huge acknowledgment of an actor’s outstanding performance. Such is the case with Ahmed Ali Akbar.”
The actor took to his Instagram story to thanked his praise and tagged him as well.
Ehd-e-Wafa actor also thanked TV actor, Zhalay Sarhadi for her praise for his acting in Parizaad.
Multiple Bollywood actors including Vikram Kapadia of Bazaar fame, Darshan Jariwala of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani fame, and Namit Das of Wake Up Sid fame indulged in an online chat about the drama when the Kapoor & Sons star posted an appreciation note for the drama and it’s star Ahmed Ali Akbar.
Indian designer Manish Malhotra also used the OST of the hit drama for his promotional video proving that Parizaad is not only loved in Pakistan but has a strong following across the border as well.

Singer Bilal Saeed is set to release his new song Judaiya, a collaboration with British musician Ezu today on January 28, 2022. The song features Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif. The song will release in the evening on Friday.
“Can’t wait for everyone to hear and see what we’ve created . Thank you for blessing this song brother,” Isabelle said, leaving a comment under Bilal’s post.

Ayberk Pekcan, Turkish actor best known for playing Artuk Bey on Dirilis: Ertugrul, has passed away. The actor was only 51 years old. He had been battling the illness for a while.
He also visited Pakistan last year.
Over the course of his career, Pekcan appeared in a number of Turkish productions, including the popular Turkish series Valley of the Wolves (Kurtlar Vadisi).

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday released the much-awaited Pakistan Super League (PSL) anthem for the seventh edition of the tournament.
The song, Agay Dekh is produced by Abdullah Siddiqui which features the rockstars Atif Aslam and Aima Baig.
Sharing the official video of the anthem on the official Twitter handle, the PCB wrote: “The wait is over. Presenting to you the official #PSL7 anthem.”
Last year, the PSL anthem ‘Groove Mera’, featuring Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig and Young Stunners, had become a hit. At first, a few netizens did not like the song but later it became a treat for cricket lovers.
This is the first time that Atif Aslam sang a PSL anthem and his fans are gushing over his new style in the song and many are showering their love on his PSL debut.
