    World famous Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has become the highest paid footballer in the world with an annual salary of £173 million pounds. He is currently playing for Saudi football club Al-Nassar.

    Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr, who is currently sidelined with a knee injury, is the second highest paid footballer in the world wth an annual salary of £86 million, Neymar Jr. is widely considered the third best footballer in the world after Messi and Ronaldo.

    The third highest paid footballer in the world is France’s Karim Benzema with an annual salary of £85 million, he plays for Al Ittihad Club in Saudi Arabia.

    French footballer Kylian Mbappe comes in at the fourth place with an annual salary of £62 million, but his salary is expected to increase after joining Real Madrid.

    Lionel Messi, the world famous football striker from Argentina, is ranked fifth in the list of highest paid footballers with £55 million.

    Cody Rhodes won the Royal Rumble match for the second year in a row in January and challenged Roman Reigns to a championship match at WrestleMania 40.

    Last year, Cody Rhodes won the Royal Rumble match and chose to face WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, but was defeated at WrestleMania 39.

    At the event in Philadelphia, Jimmy Oso, Solo Sikoa and The Rock also entered the ring to ensure Roman Reigns’ victory. But the interference of these wrestlers was thwarted by Jay Oso, Seth Rollins, John Cena and Undertaker.
