    A bride in India slapped the groom for chewing gutka during their wedding.

    The video shows a bride sitting beside her groom.  Just before the ceremony began, the bride starts talking to a person and hits him.

    She then yells at the groom and then slaps him. The bride was upset with the groom because he was chewing gutka.

    After the slap, the groom then got up and spit out the tobacco from his mouth. None of the relatives intervened to handle the situation.

  • ‘Hospital inflow & critical care patients at highest level’, says Asad Umar

    Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, Asad Umar has said that critical patients admitted in hospitals due to covid-19 are at “highest level.”

    “As seen globally, impact of indian delta variant in Pakistan also shows that it spreads faster & increases chances of patients to need hospitalization,” wrote the minister in a tweet.

    “Right now both hospital inflow & critical care patients at highest level since start of covid,” he added.

    Asad also requested people to, “please follow sop’s & vaccinate.”

    As per the National National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), Pakistan recorded 4,103 cases of Covid-19 on September 2 in the country.

  • ‘Bigg Boss 13’ winner Sidharth Shukla passes away at 40

    Actor Sidharth Shukla passed away on Thursday, an official at the Cooper Hospital revealed that he suffered a massive heart attack early in the morning. He is survived by his mother and two sisters.

    He was 40, and recently won the thirteen season of Bigg Boss. Hospital Authorities said that he took some medicine before sleeping and didn’t wake up. Later, the hospital confirmed that he passed away due to a heart attack. According to the sources, he was brought dead to the hospital.

    He is survived by his mother and two sisters. “He was brought dead to the hospital some time ago,” the senior Cooper Hospital official told Indian Media.

    Sidharth Shukla began his career in showbiz as a model and made his acting debut with a lead role in the television show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na.

    Born on 12 December 1980 in Mumbai to Ashok Shukla and Rita Shukla, Sidharth’s family has roots in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh.

    He completed his schooling from St. Xavier’s High School, Fort and later graduated in Interior designing from Rachana Sansad School of Interior Design.

    Prime Minister Imran Khan has congratulated Founder of Akhuwat, Dr. Amjad Saqib for winning the Ramon Magsaysay Award.

    “Have been told this year’s Ramon Magsaysay Award, Asia’s highest honour, has been given to a Pakistani, Dr. Amjad Saqib, Founder Akhuwat,” wrote the Prime Minister.

    “Congratulations to him. We are proud of his achievement as we move forward in creating a welfare state based on Riasat e Madina Model,” he added.

    Dr Saqib received the award for his efforts for eradicating poverty in Pakistan. His profile on the website of Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation  says, “A visionary who founded one of the largest micro finance institutions in Pakistan, servicing millions of families.”

    As per the details on the website, “Muhammad Amjad Saqib, in 2001, invited a group of friends to present to them his plan for a first-of-its-kind interest-free micro finance program, offering to design, organise, and implement it. Two years later, Akhuwat was formed and its first branch opened in Lahore.”

    Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed has said that he is thinking of retiring from politics.

    While speaking to journalist Waseem Abbasi, Sheikh Rasheed said Interior Ministry is a challenging ministry and mentally he is thinking of retiring now.

    “Every day there is an incident in this ministry. It is a sensitive ministry. Security is involved. The Railways Ministry was a normal ministry. But here the work pressure extends to 18 hours a day,” said Sheikh.

    When asked will he be contesting in the next general elections, Sheikh Rasheed responded, “If no one bothers me, I will not be contesting in the next general elections. Two years are left [for the elections] to happen, so I am of the view that I should retire.”

    According to Rasheed, he was not going to contest the 2018 elections, but when Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif said that “I (Sheikh Rasheed) will not be in the next assembly, I just had to contest.”
