The story of ‘Bematlab’ goes back to Asim’s early days when he gained attention by singing heartfelt covers of Western songs on YouTube. But it was his standout performance in Coke Studio 9 that put him in the spotlight, showing off his talent and making him a star. Since then, Asim has been delivering hit singles and captivating audiences with his versatile voice and emotional performances in popular dramas.

Asim Azhar refutes claims of copying Taylor Swift

Singer-songwriter Asim Azhar has caught the attention of fans and followers alike with a bold move on social media. In anticipation of his upcoming debut album, Azhar has wiped clean his Instagram profile, deleting all previous posts and unfollowing everyone. The unexpected action has left fans puzzled but intrigued, sparking speculation about the reasons behind the digital cleanse.

When asked about it, Azhar explained that he wants to start a new chapter in his music career. “This debut album is a big step for me, and I wanted a fresh start,” he told a fan who was confused about the changes.

One person on Instagram said Azhar copied Taylor Swift’s style on social media. Azhar replied, “Many other artists have done similar things before her worldwide.” He added, “But yes, I love her too,” showing he’s not bothered by the comment. Azhar’s clear response showed he’s straightforward and not afraid to admit he’s a fan of other artists.

Azhar’s reply shows how tricky it can be to handle social media in the music world. It’s normal for artists to get ideas from famous stars like Swift. But they also need to find a balance between showing respect and being original.

‘IBA ya Pagal khaana’: Asim Azhar shuts down ‘Hania Amir’ chants at literary festival

Asim Azhar was attending a literary festival held at the Institute of Public and Business Adminstration (IBA) when he was heckled by some members of the crowd while talking to Yasir Hussain. The crowd began taunting the singer by chanting the name of Hania Amir, the actress Asim had previously dated.

In a viral video clip, Asim can be seen shutting down the misogynist chants by responding “IBA hai ya pagal khaana?”

Yasir also slammed the hecklers by telling them to act like educated people.

We have to applaud Asim for refusing to be bullied by hecklers. It’s not so hard to understand that nobody deserves to be taunted in such a demeaning manner about their private lives, let alone at an institute that is recognised as one of the superior universities of Pakistan.

During another interview with Something Haute, the Sang e Mah diva stated that she was a person who never put herself first, and let the backlash on social media and controversies get the best of her.

The Titli star said “when new actors enter the industry, they are not really trained for fame or how to handle it, and so people learn via trial and error.”

Hania advised the viewers not to put their relationships on media because if things do not work out, it is nearly impossible to clarify about what went wrong. She said even people from the industry start weighing in on your life.
