National women’s cricketers Bisma Maroof and Ghulam Fatima have been injured in a car accident on Friday night, sustaining minor injuries.
Both are part of an ongoing camp in Karachi.
A statement released by Pakistan Cricket Board said that both players underwent precautionary tests at a local hospital and were being looked after by the PCB’s medical panel.
Sources say that the both players had left the hotel to drink tea with a fellow cricketer based in Karachi on Friday night when their car hit the footpath. Other players remained safe in the accident.
