A picture has gone viral on social media, in which a group of men, can be seen stripped to their underwear inside a police station in Madhya Pradesh. The eight men were seen standing against the wall with their hands clasped in front. They were kept in the custody for 18 hours.

Kunder was allegedly arrested for making “indecent remarks” against BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla Shukla and his son Kedar Guru Dutt Shukla on social media.

Parliamentarians of Kuwait have demanded an immediate ban on the entry of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members into the country.
Al Sharikal, who is a Kuwaiti lawyer, posted a letter on Twitter addressed to the parliament to stop BJP members from entering Kuwait.

Recently, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) also condemned the recent incidents of the genocide of Muslims by the Hindutva groups in India.
It said, “The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation expresses deep concern over recent public calls for genocide of Muslims by the Hindutva proponents in Haridwar in the State of Uttarakhand and reported incidents of harassment of Muslim women on social media sites as well as banning of Muslim girl students from wearing hijab in the State of Karnataka.”
Renowned Scholar and Professor Noam Chomsky, in a video message to a webinar organised by the Indian American Muslim Council, said that India has turned its community of Indian Muslims into a “persecuted minority”.
He further said, “The pathology of Islamophobia is growing throughout the West, it is taking its most lethal form in India.”
Referring to the violence in Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK), the famed activist stated that the situation is painful in particular not because of what is happening but because of what is not happening.
During the webinar on “Worsening Hate Speech and Violence in India,” Chomsky compared the brutal situation of IoK to Israeli forces occupying Palestine and blamed Indian Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi’s right-wing Hindu nationalist regime for it.

The backlash on Modi is coming after a Muslim student, Muskan Khan, wearing a burqa was surrounded by Hindutva mob on Tuesday within her college premises.
In a video, it can be seen that the mob with saffron shawls are shouting at her, chanting “Jai Shri Raam”. Khan fearlessly retaliated by shouting back “Allah Hu Akbar” (God is Great).
In an interview with NDTV, Khan said, “Since I started studying here, I’ve always worn the burqa and hijab.” Asked if she knew the men who bullied and harassed her, Khan responded, “Some were familiar faces from the college. Others I couldn’t recognise. My college principal and lecturers were very supportive after the incident took place.”
Reacting to her video, Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mahmood Qureshi strongly condemned the banning of Hijab at educational institutions in India. He said, “World must realise this is part of Indian state plan of ghettoisation of Muslims.”

However, Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Arun Yadav accused SRK of spitting on Lata’s body. BJP-affiliated accounts and Hindutva trolls were called out for spreading Islamophobia and targeting Muslims.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Sambit Patra accused Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav of showing his love to Pakistan and its founder, Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
“Jinnah se jo kare pyaar, wo Pakistan se kaise kare inkaar (Those who love Jinnah, how can they reject Pakistan),” said Patra on Monday.
Opposition party chief Akhilesh Yadav recently shared his views on China’s investment in India during an interview with The Economic Times and said that China, not Pakistan was India’s real enemy.
“Our real enemy is China. Pakistan is our political enemy. But BJP only targets Pakistan because of their vote politics,” said Yadav.
He further added that China has intruded in the territory of India and its businesses.
He commented, “The Indian government should think about this and consult opposition parties on how to deal with the situation.”
Patra accused Yadav of “love” for Pakistan.
Prior to this incident, BJP leaders also targeted Yadav over his remarks on Independence from the British rule last year at a public gathering.
He was accused by the ruling government that he gave credit to Jinnah for India’s independence from British rule.
Yadav apparently said in the video shared by BJP leaders, “Jinnah became a barrister after studying in the same institution. He obtained his education and served as a barrister in the same place. He got freedom for India. He did not back down from any struggle…”

A 32-year-old Muslim, Zeeshan Khan, suffering from bipolar disorder was assaulted, made to lick his own spit, and forced to chant ‘Jai Shri Ram’ by suspected Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Dhanbad on Friday, reports Indian Express.
The incident took place at a protest by the BJP against the security lapse during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Punjab. The party’s Dhanbad MLA Raj Sinha and Dhanbad MP P N Singh were among the leaders present at the protest.
Zeeshan was passing by the spot when he allegedly used abusive words for one of the BJP leaders. He was immediately surrounded by a group of suspected BJP workers and supporters who started assaulting him. He was then made to squat, spit on the road and lick it and chant Jai Shri Ram.

After a video of the incident went viral on social media, Dhanbad Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Singh said, “We are inquiring into the matter and Dhanbad police are investigating it and have registered an FIR. One person has been arrested.” He said it was not immediately clear whom Zeeshan abused.
The FIR was filed on the complaint of Zeeshan’s younger brother Rehan Khan.
Speaking to The Indian Express overthephone, Rehan said his brother was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 10 years ago. “What kind of society is this. Even if my brother said something, did he deserve to be treated like this – made to lick his spit and forced to say Jai Shri Ram. My brother has been suffering from mental illness since 2012,” Rehan, 28, said.
In his complaint to the police, Rehan said, “…My elder brother Zeeshan Khan was passing by the city center between 1-2 pm where BJP members were protesting at the Gandhi statue area. My brother was chased and beaten by the mob… and was forced to lick spit and asked to chant ‘Jai Shri Ram’… My brother is injured… I plead that legal action be taken and justice be done with my brother.”
On Sunday, Aumkareshwar Thakur, the alleged mastermind who was behind the Indian Muslim women auction application, Sulli Deals has been arrested by the police from Indore city situated in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
He created this application in July 2021 to insult Muslim women and hosted it on the web platform GitHub. He put up more than 80 Muslim women “for sale” last year. However, it was removed by the repository hosting service after receiving backlash from social media.
“Sulli” is a derogatory term used to refer to Muslim women in India.
Recently, a similar application was created by the name, Bulli Bai where developers uploaded more than 100 photos of Muslim women for sale without their consent. The Pakistani Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Malala Yousafzai was also included in the auction list.
In both applications, there was no actual sale but the sole purpose was to defame Muslim women.
The arrest of Thakur came into action when the four students were arrested including Niraj Bishnoi who was allegedly the main conspirator of the Bulli Bai application.
During the interrogation, Bishnoi revealed information about Thakur.
The creator of Sulli Deals was a member of the group “TradMahaSabha” since January 2020 where all radical Hindus trolled and defamed Muslim women.
The local police told the local media, “Bishnoi was a part of a group called ‘Trad Community Group’ and there was mention of the Sulli Deals app and its creator. This is how the two got to know each other, and during Bishnoi’s interrogation, he disclosed information about Thakur.”
Meanwhile, Thakur’s father said that his son was being trapped and arrested on the basis of claims by arrested people in the Bulli Bai case.
Recently, hate crimes are increasing in India with the support of the ruling party, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Several Indian celebrities raised their voices against the auction application and hate crimes against Muslims.
