    Nida Yasir’s youngest son appeared on her morning show to celebrate his birthday with the viewers. After the show was broadcasted, Nida posted her son’s pictures on her official Instagram handle.

    Soon after the Nadaniyaan star posted Balaj’s pictures, netizens flooded the comment section with derogatory comments, primarily for his hairstyle. Gendered statements were passed for the child.

    Nida changed his hairstyle immediately and updated her fans with an Instagram post. She mentioned that ‘Trollers to bachon ko bhi nahi chortay’.

    On July 27, actor Usman Mukhtar opened about the harassment he has faced at the hands of a fellow female artist whom he worked with in 2016. The Sabaat star’s female co-stars have extended support to him after his candid confessions.

    Hashtag #StayStrongUsmanMukhtar became top Twitter trend in Pakistan as users reacted to Usman’s statement in which he detailed his ordeal. He also expressed disappointment over the indifference shown by the law enforcement agencies and their inaction on his complaint.

    The actor wrote his story on Instagram and shared with his thousands of fans, without naming the woman whose chat was also part of his social media post.

    Reacting to his post, actress Armeena Khan revealed that the same woman “attacked” her too, without elaborating further.

    Superstar Mahira Khan also assured Usman of her support and wrote in the comments, “Behind you and with you”.

    Including her, many others celebrities expressed their support for the Anaa fame actor.

    His co-star and friend Kubra Khan turned to Instagram to wish the birthday boy and extend her support in this tough time.

    He further thanked fans and people for supporting him and opened up about the fake statements by the other side as well. He has posted another screen shot with the case number.

    Actor Usman Mukhtar has opened up on being harassed, bullied and blackmailed by a woman on social media since the last few years.

    Taking to Instagram stories, the Parchi star wrote: “I have been harassed, blackmailed, bullied online for one year and a half by this woman.”

    He also said that the harassment was reported to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). He said that the FIA took a year to trace the woman, adding, “Another half a year to summon her after calling her multiple times.”

    “My Family and friends have been targeted with harassment and disparaging comments, specially Amma, my mental health has suffered, my axiety has been messing with my health because of this person. I stayed quiet and let the authorities deal with it. However, i’m just tired.”

    The Anaa actor further shared: “I had wanted to resolve this quietly, in order to not bring negative attention onto a woman, but I can’t remain silent in good conscience while my character is constantly being maligned. He also shared complete story of the whole incident that how a female artist who worked with him in 2016, started making false claims against Mukhtar on digital platforms.

    The Sabaat actor also said that he respects every woman’s right to freedom of speech and he will believe a woman who will come out and and to share a claim of harassment or abuse despite his experience of false claims.

    In his last post, he shared a screenshot of a message sent by the same woman to the 36-year-old actor.

    A man in Bahrain allegedly killed his bully collegue with a slap in his face.

    As per reports, in a case hearing at Bahrain’s High Criminal Court, a man from an Asian country was accused of slapping and killing a colleague after causing him permanent disability.

    A medical report was submitted in court from the hospital where the victim went. The report stated that  the victim died after being slapped hard in the face.

    The suspect who is an employee in an industrial company told the court that while he was on duty, collecting weeds and dirt accumulated in the workplace, an annoying co-worker along with a few others bullied him.

    “The annoying co-worker asked me to work hard and began to give orders to me. His behaviour was irritating. I did not like it because he was just bullying me as he was not in charge and I was doing hard physical effort,” the accused told the court.

    The defendant was charged with assaulting and inflicting injuries on the victim and causing him a permanent disability estimated at 100 per cent, without intending to do so, as indicated in the papers.

    The trial will continue on June 16 after a lawyer is assigned to defend the accused.

    A neurologist told Gulf News, “The face has a huge array of nerve endings, contains around 40 muscles and 14 bones and has sensitive skin, the cartilage of the nose, joint of the jaw and eyes. A hard slap cannot only damage any of these parts but also affect the blood flow from the heart to the brain.”

    Jemima Goldsmith has opened up on being stalked and harassed by a cab driver.

    Responding to a tweet by British author Jojo Moyes about ingrained fear of women, Jemima revealed that she feels scared driving in a cab because she was stalked by a cab driver for almost two years.

    “For those lucky enough to be able to afford an Uber or cab when too scared to walk – that’s not always safe either,” wrote Jemima, adding: “I had a cab driver stalker who harassed me for two years.”

    “How many times have you felt scared with a male driver?” she questioned.

    Jemmia also suggested said that “Uber should have a lady driver service.”

    Meanwhile, Jemima is currently working onWhat’s Love Got To Do With It”. Featuring Sajal, Shabana, Emma Thompson, Lily James and Shazad Latif in key roles, the movie is being directed by Shekhar Kapur of Mr India and Dil Se fame and will be produced by Goldsmith under the banner of her production house Instinct Productions. The film has been written by Jemima herself and is set between London and South Asia, exploring cross-cultural conflicts of love and marriage.

    Playwright Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar’s stepdaughter Hanish Qureshi took to Instagram asking social media users to stop harassing her siblings over their father’s personal opinions.

    In an Instagram story, Hanish wrote that people had been tagging her in strange posts about the Meray Paas Tum Ho writer.

    She said that he is her sibling’s father and is related to her. “The cuss words you’re using are affecting his young children who are being bullied and dragged into the mud.”

    Hanish is the daughter of Qamar’s wife from a previous marriage with the actor and host Faisal Qureshi.
