Are Justin and Hailey Bieber ending their marriage? Here’s what they say

Canadian singer Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber are laughing off endless divorce  rumors.  After six years of marriage and the arrival of their baby son Jack Blues, the couple is more focused on their family than gossip.

According to People magazine, the couple revealed that they find the divorce chatter “annoying” but dismiss it as “just noise.”

“They laugh at the constant rumors,” an insider shared with People.
“They are just focusing on their family now and have been even more in love since baby Jack arrived.”

For Justin, 30, and Hailey, 28, their family life has only strengthened their bond. Justin, who’s been in a “happy bubble” since the birth of their son, is committed to being a devoted dad and husband. “He wants to focus on being a great dad,” People Magazine added.

Hailey Bieber recently shared a touching anniversary post, featuring a Polaroid of her and Justin sharing a kiss with the caption, “06 years, Love you baby.”

The global superstar Justin Bieber and Hailey have welcomed their first baby, and they couldn’t be any happier.

The proud parents shared news of the arrival of their little bundle of joy, Jack Blues Bieber, on August 23. The news was shared by Justin himself on his Instagram account.

Justin Bieber posted a picture of his baby’s feet on Instagram. He captioned it:
    “WELCOME HOME
    JACK BLUES BIEBER”

The blues is a category of music. So we are guessing their son has been named for the music, not the colour.

When the couple announced they were expecting the baby for the first time on May 09, 2024, they did so through quite a sweet video and pictures from their vows renewal ceremony.

Hailey has been updating her fans on her pregnancy journey on social media.

Back in 2018, Justin Bieber married Hailey Baldwin in a courthouse ceremony and the next year, they tied the knot in front of family and friends.

Recently, she appeared on a morning show where she talked about her marriage and divorce.

“People say that divorce is easy, but when I got divorced, I realised that it was a difficult process for me,” she said, adding that she initially didn’t tell her family that she was going to end her marriage.

“But when they came to know about it, they supported me, saying that now I have made a decision and will stick to it.”

She added, “I got divorced for peace of mind and don’t regret any of my decisions.”

Talking about her ex-husband, she remarked, “Not only did I get peace from the divorce, but people around me also got peace. It would get better, but instead of getting better, things got worse.”

“My ex-husband was not addicted to drugs before marriage, but then gradually became addicted to drugs. He also subjected me to physical violence.”

She said, “I think that drugs are just an excuse; even in drunkenness, what comes out of a person is what one is. It became difficult for me and the children, and then the house and the children were destroyed. The responsibility also fell on me because my first husband was not even earning, and when he needed money, he started beating me.”

The message encourages fans to stay strong no matter what challenges come their way.
Enwer regularly shares glimpses of her personal and professional life on Instagram, and fans can’t get enough of it.

  • ‘I actually had a nervous breakdown’: Tamkenat Mansoor talks about her divorce

‘I actually had a nervous breakdown’: Tamkenat Mansoor talks about her divorce

Divorce is a traumatic experience for the couple, but especially for women. The recent trend of celebrities talking about divorce is helping women deal with the trauma.

Actress and social media influencer Tamkenat Mansoor recently appeared as a guest on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast ‘Excuse Me’ where she opened up about her personal life.

The host asked, “The stigma that came with it, especially in our society, there’s an immediate reaction like, Oh, divorced (Talaq Yaftha), how did you deal with that?”

Tamkenat replied, “To be honest, I didn’t have to face much, because of being outspoken. I think a lot of people in my family never said anything to my face or to my parents’ faces because they knew that my family was totally on board with my decision. Secondly, it was my decision. It became entirely mine in the end because I actually had a nervous breakdown, and it was really bad. I had to be taken to a hospital, to a shrink, and you know how sometimes you’re so caught up in your situation that you only see a limited perspective? Like, in this room right now, our field of vision is only a small part. But if someone sees from the outside, they can see the whole room, every corner more clearly.”

Tamkenat shared why she does not bad mouth her ex-husband.
“I don’t think anyone ever ends a relationship happily. I never go into the details. The biggest reason is that I have never spoken badly of their father to my children. I haven’t, and my family hasn’t either. My parents, my siblings, have never spoken badly about him. If my children ever bring up something, we tell them, ‘Son, you shouldn’t speak like that. He is your father and older than you.’ I never wanted to cause them any pain. Secondly, although their father is rarely present, they still see him occasionally,” the actress added.

Divorce can be a very emotional journey filled with unexpected challenges and personal reflections.

Recently, actress Hiba Ali appeared as a guest on ‘Fuchsia Magazine’. She talked about the emotional journey of her unplanned divorce, her struggle with depression, and the challenges of her child custody case.

“For me, it was always unexpected. I wanted to stay with my husband because he was the father of my son, and I hoped for a relationship built on understanding,” said Hiba Ali when discussing her divorce.

She explained that he was “a good person” but they struggled with understanding each other on basic issues.

“He was educated, and I considered myself sensible; we couldn’t afford to argue over small things every day,” she explained.

“We decided on divorce at a dinner table,” she revealed.

Hiba Ali said she was “shocked” after the custody case as her former husband believed that she had distanced their son from him while he was in Canada.

“Ultimately, it was our child’s choice whether to communicate with his father or not. We reached a compromise on the custody case outside of court because I didn’t want to give in easily. I told him he would only be wasting his money.”

However, she feels conflicted about the decision.

“Looking back, I wonder if marrying was a mistake or if I should not have divorced at all,” she said.

Hiba Ali is currently starring in the drama serials ‘Shiddat’ and ‘Jaan Nisar.’

  • Sadia Faisal blames rising divorce rates on women’s independence

Sadia Faisal blames rising divorce rates on women’s independence

Among the many people in Pakistan who choose to blame women for rising divorce rates, and not men for being men, is actress Sadia Faisal.

In a recent appearance she went off on a rant, blaming independent women for changing marriage and relationships in the industry.

The daughter of veteran actress Saba Faisal sat down on ‘FHM Podcast’ to slam women for being “impatient and independent” compared to the past, saying that it has led to an increasing divorce rate.

“I think the reason we’re seeing more divorces in the industry is that when women become independent, their tolerance level decreases, and they refuse to compromise. This lack of tolerance is a major reason for the increasing number of divorces we see today. When women earn more, their expectations skyrocket, and their brains are in the sky, making it challenging for marriages to succeed.”
Yes, she did not bring in men behaving the way they do in a very patriarchal society. Its all the women’s fault, yo!

But she did not end her tirade against women there. “We are not foreigners, and our traditions are eternal. Marriages are not just between two individuals, but between two families. Any woman who thinks she is only marrying the man is misguided and will face problems in her marriage.”

Yes Saadia, everything that goes wrong is indeed the woman’s fault. No matter that we know if instances where strong successful women in the industry were subjected to domestic violence, no matter that we know of instances where men cheated on their successful spouses, no matter that many older celebs now say that they were in unhappy marriages, their husbands took their money, and they regret staying. A marriage failing must be the woman’s fault, right?

Maybe its time Sadia came out of whatever era she is stuck in and smelled what the new age is cooking.

  • Marrying wife’s sister not allowed during iddat, rules Lahore High Court

Marrying wife’s sister not allowed during iddat, rules Lahore High Court

Lahore High Court (LHC) has ruled that a man cannot marry the sister of his former wife during her iddat period.

Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh from the province’s high court issued this order while hearing a case filed by Sabir Ali, who in August 2023, accused his brother-in-law, Musawir Hussain, of having two sisters as his wives.

Hussain claimed that he married his wife’s sister nine days after divorcing his wife, reports The Express Tribune.

In a 11-page long verdict, Justice Sheikh elaborated that according to Islamic jurisprudence and the country’s law, a man cannot marry two sisters simultaneously.

Resultantly, the court ruled that marrying the sister of one’s former wife before the completion of the iddat of his first wife is equivalent to simultaneously marrying two sisters. It is because a woman remains married to a man until the completion of the iddat period, as per Islamic jurisprudence and the decisions of the Federal Sharia Court.

The verdict also pointed out that during the investigation, Musawir Hussain did not provide authenticated documents regarding his divorce.

The court declared that marrying the sister of one’s former wife before the completion of the iddat period of the first wife would be punishable.

It is mandatory for the husband and wife to separate as soon as they become aware of the invalid marriage. If they fail to do so, it is the responsibility of the judge to annul their marriage, the court noted.

However, he wasn’t pleased when he learned about my entry into the media industry. Our relationship was quite formal. When I was about to enter the media industry, he sent me an email expressing his concerns.
