    Sajid, Noman shine in Pindi: England lose 5 wickets for 110

    In the decisive test match between Pakistan and England, half of England’s team returned to the pavilion for 110 runs before lunch.

    Spinner Sajid Khan dismissed three, while Noman Ali dismissed two players.

    TOSS:

    England won the toss and decided to bat.

    Speaking on the occasion of the toss, Pakistani captain Shan Masood said that the toss sometimes goes according to plan, sometimes not, and we have to play good cricket.

    Shan said that we had prepared and would play accordingly; playing against England would be a good experience.

    No changes have been made to the Pakistan team for the third test match.

    In the Rawalpindi Test, the national team fielded three spinners, Nauman Ali, Zahid Mahmood and Sajid Khan, while Saeem Ayub and Abdullah Shafiq opened.

    The playing XI also includes Shaan Masood, Kamran Ghulam, Saud Shakeel, Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Ali Agha and Aamir Jamal.

    In the first test of the 3-test series between Pakistan and England, England defeated Pakistan by an innings and 47 runs, and in the second match, Pakistan defeated England by 152 runs.

    In the last match of the T20 series, England won the toss and decided to bowl against Pakistan.

    Pakistan inning:

    Pakistan team got out after scoring 157 runs on the fifth ball of the 20th over.

    On behalf of Pakistan, Usman Khan scored 38 runs, captain Babar Azam scored 36 runs and Mohammad Rizwan scored 23 runs. Iftikhar Ahmed played an innings of 21 runs, Naseem Shah scored 16 runs, Fakhar Zaman scored 9 runs, Haris Rauf scored 8 runs.

    Shadab Khan, Azam Khan, Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Amir could not score any run.

    Livingston, Adil Rashid and Mark Wood dismissed 2 each for England. Moeen Ali, Chris Jordan and Jofra Archer took 1 wicket each.

    England inning:

    The English team achieved the target of 158 runs in the 16th over. Phil Salt scored 45, Jos Buttler 39 and Will Jacks 20 for England. Jonny Bairstow remained unbeaten on 28 runs and Brooke remained unbeaten on 17 runs.

    Haris Rauf took 3 wickets for 38 runs.

    England won the four match series by 2-0 as first and third T20 matches of the series were called off due to rain.

    England defeated Pakistan by 93 runs in the 44th match of the World Cup 2023 played at Eden Garden, Kolkata.

    England’s inning:

    England won the toss and decided to bat against Pakistan. The English team scored 337 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 50 overs.

    England’s first wicket fell on 82 runs, Iftikhar Ahmed dismissed David Mullan for 31 runs, and then Haris Rauf sent Jonny Bairstow back to the pavilion for 59 runs.

    Ben Stokes played an inning of 84 runs, but he was bowled by Shaheen Afridi, Jurot got out after scoring 60 runs, Harry Brook scored 30 runs, Jos Buttler scored 27 runs and Moeen Ali scored eight runs.

    On behalf of Pakistan, Haris Rauf and Muhammad Wasim got three wickets, Shaheen Afridi got two wickets and Iftikhar Ahmed got one wicket.

    Pakistan’s inning:

    In pursuit of England’s 338 runs, the Pakistan team was bowled out for 244 runs in 43.3 overs.

    Opener Abdullah Shafiq was dismissed on zero on the second ball of the inning by David Willy while Fakhar Zaman was for 1 run. Captain Babar Azam scored 36, Muhammad Rizwan 38, Salman Ali Agha 51, Shaheen Afridi 25, Wasim Jr. 16, and Haris Rauf scored 35 runs.

    On behalf of England, David Wily took 3 while Adil Rashid, Moeen Ali, and Gus Atkinson took two wickets each.

    The national cricket team will leave for home from India tomorrow:

    Pakistan team will fly out of India in two groups.

    First batch of 11 members of the team will depart from Kolkota at 8:55 am tomorrow November 12 via Emirates flight EK571. Remaining members will fly from Kolkota at 08:20 pm tomorrow November 12 via Emirates flight EK573

    Players from Sialkot will be landing to their respective city from Emirates flight EK618 on November 13.

    Player and members from team management from KPK, Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be landing in Islamabad via EK612 on November 13

    Players from Lahore and team management will be landing from two different flights. EK622 and EK624 on November 13

    Hasan Ali will stay back in India. He will return back to Pakistan on November 22.

    Team director Mickey Arthur will stay in Dubai from November 13 to 16 before departing for Lahore on November 16.

    Gen (r) Bajwa watches Pak vs England Test in Pindi

    The former Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General (retired) Qamar Javed Bajwa, watched the fourth day of the first Test series between Pakistan and England on Sunday in Rawalpindi.

    The recently retired COAS handed over the military’s command to General Asim Munir earlier this week, marking the end of his six-year extended tenure.

    Having taken a 78-run lead in the runfest, England declared their second innings on 264-7 to set Pakistan an improbable victory target of 343 with four sessions to go.

    Harry Brook (87), Joe Root (73), and Zak Crawley (50) scored half-centuries for the visitors. While, the Shaheens: Naseem Shah, Mohammad Ali, and Zahir Mahmood claimed two wickets each for Pakistan.

    A day earlier, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam became the seventh batsman to smash a century.

    Last week, the Ben Stokes-led England cricket team finally embarked on their historic Test tour of Pakistan for the first time since 2005.
