The newlywed couple Hira Khan and Arslan Khan are making waves in the entertainment industry with their modelling and acting.

Recently, both appeared as guests on ‘Mazaq Raat,’ where they talked about their relationship, views on marriage, and societal norms.

During the interview, the host Imran Ashraf asked, “In our society, there’s a dilemma where if a man listens to his wife, which often happens because she might be right, he is labeled as a run mureed or a chuddu (fool). Do you think this reflects an interference of society in personal relationships?”

To which Khan replied, “Imran Bhai, I proudly say that I am a run mureed to my wife, and in my opinion, there is great respect in that.

“If someone thinks that this is a bad thing, I think it reflects their own shortcomings,” he said.

The co-host Ayesha asked, “Are you both possessive, and do you guys check each other’s phones?”

Khan responded, saying, “My phone is always on in front of her, and her (Hira Khan) phone is always on in front of me. Why hide anything when there’s nothing to hide? Everything is out in the open.

“She knows things about me that I might not even want to admit to myself.”

Hira Khan and Arsalan Khan married last year in Lahore.

  • Hira Khan exposes casting scam after being asked to wear revealing clothes for audition

Hira Khan exposes casting scam after being asked to wear revealing clothes for audition

Famous actress Hira Khan warned new artists of casting fraud by sharing her own experiences.

Recently, she gave an interview to Fuschia Magazine, which has gone viral on various social media platforms.

In the interview, the actress narrated what happened in the audition without naming anyone, explaining how an experienced artist from the industry suggested she attend a fake audition, and how another director from the industry tricked her.

She said, “When I was shooting for the drama serial Mere Humsafar, a fellow artist, whom I met on the sets, gave me the number of a director and said that he wanted a girl for a new project. Contact him.”

She added, “Following the advice of the fellow artist, I called the said director and instead of asking me about my work, he asked for my photos and called me for an audition.”

She continued, “When I asked him to fix the time in the afternoon, he called me at 11 pm.”

Hira Khan said that the director told her, “You will have a screen test and will be selected based on that. You will have to wear bold clothes for the screen test,” and added that “your audition should be kept secret, which will only be seen by the producers.”

The actress explained that after hearing the director’s words, she became suspicious and called another director from the industry to ask if auditions were conducted in such a manner.

  • ‘If I had not married…’: Hira Khan breaks silence on early marriage to Arslan Khan

Actress Hira Khan recently opened up about her marriage to actor Arslan Khan and why he was the perfect match for her.

In a new interview with a local media outlet, Hira Khan spoke candidly about her husband and marital life. When asked what made her believe that Arslan is the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with, she said, “Because he healed me in ways he didn’t know.”

Further hinting at her dreamy flashmob proposal for her now-husband, the ‘Woh Pagal Si’ star added, “I wanted to make that moment special for him because he had already done so much for me.”

Hira Khan also emphasized that they see each other as equal partners. She explained, “There is no man in our relationship, we are equal partners. Of course, the respect and responsibilities of a woman are in place but we see each other as two equals.”

When asked about their early marriage, Khan said it was the right time for her. She told the publication, “If I had not tied the knot with him then, perhaps I would have never married anyone.”

Hira Khan and Arslan Khan tied the knot in a grand ceremony last year, following a dreamy proposal by Hira. The couple revealed that they first met through a mutual friend during a power breakdown in Karachi.

As Hira shared, “I’d known him – from Instagram – and then we met for the first time and there were sparks definitely, at least from my side.”
The actors mentioned that they became close friends, but Arslan’s mother first suggested they get married after meeting Hira.

  • Sonya Hussyn and Sami Khan shine in ‘Aik Chubhan Si’

Sonya Hussyn and Sami Khan shine in ‘Aik Chubhan Si’

It’s too early to know where ‘Aik Chubhan Si’ will go, but with Sonya Hussyn and Sami Khan on screen, there’s more to the story than meets the eye. Here’s why we’re giving this one a go.

The story is different from the usual stuff on screen. There’s no love story with our hero and heroine falling in love at first sight. This Pakistani drama is about post-marital (non-marital) bliss. Naila and Haroon are happily married, but we see a husband who’s not too happy to serve Naila’s family. However, the story’s subtle and relatable details keep us watching.

Naila insists on looking after her uncle because he raised her. Haroon agrees, but reluctantly, with no toxicity (yet) in his attitude. There’s curiosity about Maheen, played by Hira Khan, as her character seems to have more to reveal, especially in the final scene of the first episode. Is there a hint of mystery, thrill, or something else in the drama? The first episode sets the stage and keeps us intrigued to learn more.

As the drama unfolds quickly, we hope the story won’t fall into the trap of overly stretched plots and typical ‘other woman’ conspiracies.
Sonya Hussyn and Sami Khan share great on-screen chemistry. If you’re a fan of this couple, then Aik Chubhan Si is a drama you should try. They appear comfortable on screen and make their characters believable and true to life. Their effortless interactions make the drama more enjoyable to watch.

Fahad Sheikh plays Moiz, Hira’s cousin, and his performance here is a step up from his past roles. Whether it’s the direction or Fahad’s acting, his character evokes sympathy, even in the first episode. We’re looking forward to more from him. Hira Khan’s character seems a bit toxic, but we hope she will prove to be more complex and interesting.

‘Aik Chubhan Si’ is written by Rukhsana Nigar and directed by Mohsin Talat. The cast features Sonya Hussyn, Sami Khan, Asma Abbas, Hira Khan, Fahad Sheikh, and others.

  • ‘We didn’t want a haram relationship’: Hira Khan on why she, Arslan Khan married early

‘We didn’t want a haram relationship’: Hira Khan on why she, Arslan Khan married early

Celebrity couple Hira Khan and Arsalan Khan were guests on a recent episode of Express Entertainment’s ‘The Talk Talk Show’ with Hassan Choudary. During the conversation, Hira Khan opened up about the couple’s decision to get married early, even though the two had just began their careers, and didn’t wait to settle down before tying the knot.

“If you’re planning to do something as blissful as Nikkah, then there is no way it will prevent rizq from coming in your way. It’s not true that you will face hurdles in your work life,” Hira said.

“A lot of people told us ‘brands won’t pick you.’ ‘Your image would change because you would be a married couple, you would be out of that millennial category’”, recalled the ‘Guru’ actress. “But that never bothered us. We were doing this with the intention that we don’t want a haram relationship, even engagement for a long time. We just want to be religiously right, nothing bad will happen if your intentions are pure.”

Actor Arsalan Khan said it’s better that couples settle down early rather than later in life “If you’re going to get married later in life, then isn’t it better that you do it now? If you’re thinking no, I’ll do it later in life, that means your intentions are not right. Because you’re thinking if you find someone new you’ll ditch the woman and marry them.”

“I only wanted to create a stable life,” the ‘College Gate’ actor said. “I wanted to focus on my career, and I need to have someone back home whom I could talk with without worrying about whether this relationship is good, is it breaking?”

“We think we married quite late,” joked Hira. “We should have married even earlier.”

  • ‘Kyun ke ap jaisi maa’: Hira Khan blasts Sahiba over her statement about daughters

‘Kyun ke ap jaisi maa’: Hira Khan blasts Sahiba over her statement about daughters

Actor and model Hira Khan took to her instagram stories to condemn senior film star Sahiba’s recent statement about not wanting daughters on a television show.

The Mere Humsafar diva said that the reason of a daughter’s oppression is because of parents like Sahib and Afzal (Rambo).

Celebrity couple of Afzal Khan aka Rambo and his wife Sahiba Afzal recently appeared on Nida Yasir’s sehri show with their sons Ahsan and Zain.

Yesterday the Khazana star has come under the scrutiny of netizens for stating misogynist comments on the show regarding not wanting daughters. The Kaanpien Tang Rahi Hain star said that she never wanted to have a daughter, she is thankful that she doesn’t have one and instead only has two sons.

Rambo was quick to intervene her stance and said that when he sees his contemporaries like Shaan Shahid and Saud Yousuf sharing a beautful bond with their daughters, he feels like he wants to experience that bond too and hence always wanted a daughter.

Sahiba then added that she doesn’t want a daughter because women have no autonomy on their choices in this world and that their remains a fear about their luck.

Later another clip from the interview has caught netizens attention in which the actress can be heard saying that she wants a ‘tall, fair and slim’ girl for his son.

Earlier actor Moammar Rana’s wife Mehnaaz stated that daughters are a blessing and not burden after the coveted clip of her husband’s former co-star has gone viral.
