Palestinian activists and organisations across the world called for a global strike on Monday, December 11, to demand immediate ceasefire of the Israeli attacks on Gaza that have intensified with time.
Here are some celebrities who posted in support of Gaza:
American actor and model Julia Fox has opened up on pressure and stress she had while dating rapper Kanye West. The two had a brief fling of a month and a half, and broke up on the Valentines day this year.
After separating from former wife Kim Kardashian, Kanye in late 2021 found love in Julia Fox but they broke up within two months of seeing each other.
Julia Fox, who is now away from the whole row, opens up on how pressuring it was to date Kanye West and how she lost 15 Pounds during it. Her comments are contradictory to the times when she called dating Ye the best thing to have happened to her. Read on to know everything you should know about the same.
As per New York Times, Julia Fox who rose to global fame after she started seeing Kanye West says she tried to make things work but it wasn’t sustainable. “I tried my best to make it work,” she said. “I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life? It just wasn’t sustainable. I lost like 15 pounds in that month.”
When asked if they were exclusive as a couple, Fox said “I don’t think so.” Adding if the relationship was fake or for publicity, she said, “I mean, there were definitely elements of it that were real.”
Julia Fox opened up if Kanye West and her were really boyfriend and girlfriend. Fox said, “I don’t think those words ever came out of my mouth, actually. It definitely felt like I was his girlfriend. But it also felt like I was being cast in the role of his girlfriend — and he was casting me. He was the orchestrator of it all. It really did feel like a movie.”
Rapper Kanye West has revealed a few modifications that will appear in his Instagram postings in the future. He has discovered that using all capitalised characters, as he’s been doing, gives the impression that he’s yelling.
He also admitted that sharing screen grabs might be disconcerting for people affected.
On Tuesday, the 44-year-old apologised in a fresh Instagram post. The Grammy-winning rapper had spent the previous few days ranting about Pete Davidson despite his growing affair with Kim Kardashian, including forbidding the Saturday Night Live comic from visiting his children and labeling him a “d***head.” Today, Kanye erased all pictures from his Instagram account and posted a fresh post with a change of heart, seemingly realising the consequences of his actions.
“I’ve learned that using all caps makes people feel like I’m screaming at them,” he penned. He further wrote, “I’m working on my communication. I can benefit from a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers and community leaders. Thank everybody for supporting me.” He continued: “I know sharing screen shots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim. I take accountability.” Kanye’s statement comes amid claims that Kim contacted him about his rants potentially placing Pete in “danger.” The rapper shared screenshots allegedly from ‘Kim’s other phone,’ in which the reality star stated that Kanye was ‘creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will be all your fault,’ as per The Sun.
Kanye has erased all but two of his Instagram postings since then: a montage of heartwarming photographs of Kim and their four children from Kim’s recent Vogue shoot, and the cover of his next album Donda 2.
Meanwhile Kanye has called it quits with actress Julia Fox on Monday, after a whirlwind six-week romance and also spent time with his children North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm at Sunday Service and the Super Bowl.
Kim filed for divorce from Ye a year ago citing “irreconcilable differences.” The pair who share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm remained fairly amicable as co-parents in the initial wake of the split. Months down the line, however, Ye began making a bunch of grand declarations in a bid to reconcile his and Kim’s relationship, which included asking her to “run right back” to him onstage at a concert in December.
Following his unsuccessful attempts to win her back, Ye has recently called Kim out with a series of public statements which started around the time she was first linked to Saturday Night Live’s Pete Davidson in late October. In fact, Ye first expressed his disapproval of Kim’s new relationship in an appearance on the Drink Champs podcast in November, where he continually insisted that she’s “still [his] wife” and claimed he’d “never even seen” any of their divorce papers.
Ye publicly dissed Pete by name for the first time that same month. In his song “Eazy,” Ye raps: “God saved me from this crash / Just so I could beat Pete Davidson’s ass.” He seemingly went on to suggest that Pete should “thank” him for letting him “have” Kim in a song released just last week, titled “City of Gods.”
Things only got messier after Ye publicly shared a message he’d received from Pete. “[That’s] a promise. How you guys [go about] raising your kids is [your business] and not mine,” the message continues.
“I do [hope one] day I can meet them and [we can] all be friends,” it finishes. Ye, shared a photo of Pete and Machine Gun Kelly in Calvin Klein underwear from a memorable Instagram livestream in December — wrote in the caption: “NO YOU WILL NEVER MEET MY CHILDREN.”
Ye then shared a handful of other posts aimed at Pete, calling him “garbage” and “trash.” He even rehashed a false rumor that Pete once sent late rapper Mac Miller intimate photos of himself and Ariana Grande, in a bid to prevent them from getting back together.
