Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has remarked that having a beard does not make a person a Muslim, people themselves marry for love and then it becomes an issue for the court as per Aaj news.
The case of the extradition of two minor girls was heard in the Supreme Court by a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
The court ordered the two girls to be handed over to their mother, ordering that the father of the girls will be able to visit the girls on Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm, and if the father violated the court order, contempt of court action will be taken against him.
The lawyer of the father pleaded with the court that the girls should be with the father, as their mother works at night, and does not have time to take care of them.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa expressed his anger and asked whether the lawyer has read the principle of extradition in Islam or not, stressing that according to Shariat, children stay with their mothers.
The Chief Justice remarked that we are Muslims in name only, our work is not that of Muslims, just having a beard does not make a person a Muslim, action must also be taken. Prayer, fasting, and Hajj are not enough, he observed, adding that humanity and morals are also necessary. If the parents are not divorced, their mutual resentment will spoil the future of the children.
The Chief Justice asked the children’s father whether he had a love marriage or an arranged marriage. Taimur, the father of the children, said that it was a love marriage.
The Chief Justice remarked that people themselves marry for love, and then they become an issue for the court.
The Supreme Court disposed of the case with the consent of the parents.

As reported by Times Now, the woman had an extra-marital affair, in reaction to which, her husband supported her and got the two lovers married.

According to Shah, he and his paramour had dated for two years. He was unable to forget about his lover even after she got married.
Eventually, the woman spoke with her husband about the affair who, instead of taking it as an offence, dealt with it composedly, and bid them farewell for their new journey.
The Ghaziabad Police in India have arrested Naveen Pal, an official working for the Minister of Finance, for passing on classified information related to the ministry and the G20 meeting to a hacker allegedly disguised as a woman in Karachi, Pakistan.
According to India Today, Pal met the woman online on social media and both began talking on Whatsapp.
The police reported that Pal had several confidential financial documents in his phone, with the files saved under the name ‘secret’.
The woman’s phone number was traced to Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly, but the IP address was found to be from Karachi.
This is the second recent incident of an Indian official being duped by a Pakistani hacker into sending confidential information. An Indian defence scientist Pradeep Kurulkar, had been exchanging texts and voice messages with a woman named Zara, sending her confidential defence information on phone.

An Indian Muslim 24-year-old woman from Madhya Pradesh (MP) was caught by the authorities at the Attari border in Amritsar, Punjab on Thursday when she was trying to cross the border to meet her Pakistani boyfriend, reports The Times of India.
Fiza met the Pakistan man Dilshad, who lives in Karachi through social media. They fell in love and decided to get married.
According to the Indian media, Fiza Khan had a valid visa and travel documents but was stopped at Integrated Check Post (ICP), Attari, due to a Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against her.
Fiza, a teacher working in a private school went missing from Rewa district in MP on June 16. According to the police, after her disappearance, Fiza’s family members lodged a missing complaint. Since she had already discussed traveling to Pakistan, a LOC was issued against her.
When she was held, the Gharinda police station recorded her statement and sent her to Nari Niketan orphanage. Later on Saturday, she was handed over to a police team from Rewa.
This is not the first time that such an incident has happened. In 2018 a woman crossed the border and married a Gujranwala-based man whom she met while playing an online game.
A couple in India decided to end their life together by jumping in a river as they could not marry each other.
However, the man did not jump at the last minute while the woman had already jumped into the river.
They had both been in a relationship for almost seven years. The woman was married to someone else and has a daughter. She took her daughter to Pune and returned after some time, only to discover that the man — Chandu — had married in the interim. Chandu promised her that he will divorce his wife and get married to her.
However, due to many obstacles, they both decided to end their lives by committing suicide together.
The couple went to a river to commit suicide but the man did not jump. After finding out that the man did not jump, the woman decided not to die either and swam across the river. The police took her to the hospital.
According to the police, the man has been charged with attempted murder and damage to the mobile of the woman. An investigation is taking place now.
A beggar from Madhya Pradesh begged for four years and purchased a motorcycle worth Rs234,000 (INR90,000) for his wife.
He spent all of his savings on the bike as his wife complained about a backache from sitting on the tricycle he owned earlier. This story is from Amarwara village, where the beggar, Santosh Sahu, expressed his love for his wife by purchasing a small motorcycle.
Sahu is a disabled man who rides a tricycle and begs for money with his wife, Munni Sahu. Munni drags Sahu’s tricycle forward while the two beg.
Munni would occasionally fall while attempting to push the tricycle due to the poor road conditions. As a result, Santosh decided to purchase her a moped.
The pair begs for money at different spots from bus stops to mosques and temples, earning up to Rs1,000 (400 INR) per day. Santosh began saving money every day in order to purchase his wife’s dream bike. The couple is now back to their regular practise of begging in their freshly purchased motorcycle.
