Babur Junaid Jamshed shares his father’s wish for Shahadat

Junaid Jamshed, known for his music and devotion to Islam, left a lasting impact on both, a legacy now carried on by his son.

Recently, Babur Junaid appeared as a guest on the Nadir Ali podcast. He talked about the last conversation with his father and his last wish for martyrdom (Shahadat).

During the podcast, Nadir Ali respectfully requested permission to share Junaid Jamshed’s last voice note, provided by a close friend.

Nadir Ali said, “With your permission, I’d like to discuss your last moments with Junaid Jamshed. I would also like to talk about his last voice note, which was shared by Arsalan Bhai, who used to be with him. I’ve listened to the voice note, and I noticed that Junaid Jamshed often used to say ‘MashaAllah’ and ‘Insha Allah’ frequently, but in his last message, he said, ‘I will come to Karachi’ without adding ‘Insha Allah.’ It seems that Allah had other plans, and it was not meant to be.”.

    Talking about Junaid Jamshed Shahadat

Babur Junaid Jamshed said, “I was at home when we heard about Baba’s news. My mother told me, but there’s something I’ve never told anyone before: he wished for martyrdom. He often said, ‘I acknowledge my faults and wrongdoings; I seek forgiveness,’ which is why he desired martyrdom. Embracing martyrdom was our father’s greatest wish; you wouldn’t believe that he consistently prayed for it. We would become concerned, and my mother would sometimes get upset with his prayers, but that’s how it was.”

Junaid Jamshed was a very good, kind, humble, and friendly person, qualities bestowed upon him by Allah.” Babur added.

  • Sonya Hussyn respects Sher Afzal Marwat for rejecting second marriage

Sonya Hussyn respects Sher Afzal Marwat for rejecting second marriage

Lawyer and MNA Sher Afzal Marwat, the popular PTI leader, has been praised for standing up against family pressure. He refused to marry again just to have a son. Many people on social media praised Marwat for his decision, including actor Sonya Hussyn.

“In our tough world, I really admire this man,” wrote the Saraab actor in an Instagram post. “He knows how important it is to be kind and to follow the basic rules of relationships.”

Thinking about what Marwat said, Hussyn felt sad about how society always wants a son. “Getting married just to have a son is really unfair,” she said. But she praised Marwat for being loyal to his wife. She said his strong commitment and family values would protect his daughters from future problems. “By making this choice, he not only did right by his wife but also kept his daughters safe from a lifetime of sadness,” she wrote. “I’m sure his daughters will make him very proud one day.” Hussyn finished her post by saying, “Respect, sir.”

Earlier this week, Marwat had told Nadir Hussain’s podcast that his family wanted him to marry again to have a son. However, Marwat said he couldn’t do that to his wife. “I couldn’t bring another woman into our lives just to have a child,” he had stated in the podcast. “Like everyone else, a woman has just one life. She has basically burned everything in her life just to start a new life with you.”

  • Moammar Rana’s wife says Nadir Ali responsible for comments made by her husband

Moammar Rana’s wife says Nadir Ali responsible for comments made by her husband

Lollywood A-lister Moammar Rana made headlines two days ago when a clip from his interview with controversial host Nadir Ali went viral. In the clip, Rana criticised Indian actress Priyanka Chopra’s looks, stating that crush on her ended after seeing her in real life.

The comment was slammed by social media users for being degrading and sexist. The duo also called the actress a ‘maid’. Actress and television host Mathira slammed Nadir Ali in a post on her Instagram stories

A user on X, formerly known as Twitter wrote:

“Nadir Ali & his equally vile guest Moammar Rana made deeply offensive rac1st & elitist comments on @priyankachopra comparing her to a ‘maid’ owing to her complexion. Domestic workers are beautiful, Ms. Chopra is an achiever but the minds of these 2 failed men are HORRIBLY UGLY.”

Now, the actor’s wife Mehnaz has stepped in to defend her husband in a lengthy statement on her Instagram stories, pointing out that it was the controversial Youtube host who had made the disgusting comments about the Indian actress, not her husband.

“It’s not as big of a deal as much as people are making it, as usual. Moammar never commented on her skin tone/complexion as the host tried really hard to make him comment on that, simply saying he couldn’t recognise her as screen beauty is totally different. I don’t see any of our beloved Pakistanis speaking up against her comments on Pakistan and Kashmir while she’s a “human rights activist” as much as you guys are siding with her on this statement, Moammar simply couldn’t recognise her and honestly sharing his experience with the host about it, he’s not responsible for the hosts comments. it’s being taken out of context as you all can see the host was looking for a controversy and got one. Thanday hojayein, much love and peace??”

While asked about Babar Azam, Umar Akmal said that he will pay the consequences if the captain takes his name on camera. “You should ask Babar if that was me who did not give him shoes, then I will pay the consequences.”

Umar also disclosed that he has rejected international leagues just to play domestic cricket in Pakistan to set an example for juniors.

“There is a lot of discrimination against me and some people have personal issues with me. I think that’s why even with these brilliant performances in domestic cricket, I am not selected for the New Zealand series,” he observed.
