    ‘Jesa wo behave karega waisa hi me karungi’: Alizeh Shah breaks silence on Yasir Nawaz’s statement

    Alizeh Shah has recently opened up about Yasir Nawaz’s statement in which he expressed his displeasure on working with the Ehd-e-Wafa actress in ARY Digital’s Mera Dil Mera Dushaman.

    In a recent interview with Ali Safina, the Ishq Tamasha star has shared her stance on the matter by saying that, “Everyone connects to a person differently, just like our families, we don’t get along with everyone.”

    She added, “We can’t always get along and one should expect the same behaviour same as they behave themselves, if you will misbehave with me, I will not stay quiet. I will respond back.”

    Sajal Aly was also seen setting the dance floor on fire to the beats of the music. This was Bushra’s first public appearance after her sister Sumbul Shahid’s tragic demise.

    Sarwat Gilani and Alia Bhatt

    Pakistani actress Sarwat Gillani believes that talent should be appreciated even if the artist belongs to another country. The Churails star recently took to Instagram to let her fans know that her praise will not be confined by borders.

    Replying to a comment of a fan asking her why Pakistani celebrities praise Bollywood actors even though, according to the fan, they are much more talented than their Indian counterparts.

    Sarwat gracefully replied back and lauded Bhatt by commenting, “We must learn to appreciate the people who deserve our praise. You don’t know how hard they’ve worked to get where they are. Alia Bhatt is an amazing artist and praise knows no boundaries or borders.”

    Sajal Aly and Shabana Azmi

    Veteran Bollywood actress Shabana Azmi showered love on Sajal Aly after the latter posted her dazzling photos. Both the actresses are working together in a Hollywood film titled as What’s Love got to do with it? When the Alif actress shared her stills from a photoshoot, Shabana displayed her love for her by commenting, “Hai main mar javaan!!!”.

    Imran Abbas and Geeta Kapur

    Imran Abbas recently showered love on the acclaimed Indian choreographer Geeta Kapur.

    In a surfaced video from the Indian reality show Super Dancer 4, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor praised Geeta which the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai fame posted on her Instagram handle. The Thora Sa Haq actor commented on her post and Geeta was quick to respond back.

    Zara engaged in a Q&A session with her followers on Twitter. A fan asked her about her favourite movie of Shah Rukh Khan, to which she replied, “There isn’t one, I love every single film of his, every ad, every interview and every sentence”.

    Ali Abbas is currently riding high on the success of his blockbuster drama Fitrat. The Meherposh actor celebrated his ninth wedding anniversary with wife Hamna Ali with a special Instagram post.

    Ali captioned the picture as,”9 years of happiness, joy and peace and looking forward to the rest of my life with you! Happy Anniversary Pepper!”.

    The dynamic couple have two children together.

    Ali is son of the veteran actor Waseem Abbas.

    Renowned writer Asma Nabeel has passed away after a prolonged illness in Karachi. The acclaimed writer was battling Cancer. She has blockbuster projects like Khaani in her professional projects.

    Asma wrote lyrics of a song for an Indian film Helicopter Eela starring Kajol, and launched her first Urdu poetry book by the name of Beydaari.

    The Blind Love actress commented, “A man is incomplete without a woman and a woman is incomplete without a man, both are made different for each other’s betterment, not to compete and take brownie points”.

    Humayun Saeed along with Senator Faisal Javed Khan recently appeared on Waseem Badami’s show Har Lamha Pur Josh . During the segment of ‘Masoomana sawal’, the host asked the Punjab Nahi Jaungi actor if telecasting Turkish dramas in Pakistan is detrimental for the local industry and if that reduces work opportunities for the local celebrities and producers?

    Humayun answered that there’s enough space for foreign content on local channels and cited the example of a private channel which only aired Turkish content when it was launched in Pakistan.

    The Mere Paas Tum Ho star said that local channels should air dramas from other parts of the world too, adding that in the past Pakistani channels used to broadcast movies from Hollywood too and we do not need to get insecure from anyone.

    Humayun Saeed is co-producing ISPR’s Sinf-e-Aahan which will be be directed by Nadeem Baig. The small screen magnum opus is based on the theme of women empowerment and has been penned by the acclaimed writer, Umera Ahmed.

    The Pul Siraat actor debuted in 1976 with Hammal o Mahgan, he was best known for his role in PTV’s drama Shama. In his career spanning over 4 decades he worked in many Urdu and Sindhi dramas.

    Yasir Hussain appeared with his wife Iqra Aziz on The Couple Show, hosted by Aagha Ali and Hina Altaf. The Jhooti star said on the show that Azfar Rehman thinks that he’s a great actor but he’s absolutely not.

    Amongst the many questions that were asked from Yasir, one required him to name an actor who thinks he is a really good performer, but actually is not.

    The Lahore Se Aagay actor replied: “Azfar Rehman! Azfar thinks he is a very good actor but he isn’t a good actor at all.”

    In another interview, talking about his “controversial” comments, he said that, “I went on a show and was asked some controversial questions. They told me that if I will not answer the questions then I have to drink some spicy drinks. I had no other option but to answer those questions – it was either that or I give myself a stomach ulcer. I even took my name or their name to play safe but they told me saying that taking our or your name is not allowed. So I had to take some names.”

The host gave her three options consisting names of “Ayeza Khan, Sana Javed and Neelum Munir.

    Maya replied with Neelam’s name and said that, “she needs little grooming, and at some point everyone needs some grooming. She went on to add, “I have also groomed myself, over the time.”

    Maya is currently being seen in Anjum Shahzad’s Pehli Si Mohabbat opposite Sheheryar Munawar whereas Neelam will be seen next in Yasir Nawaz’s Chakkar opposite Ahsan Khan.
