    Actor Sarwat Gilani has opened up about an incident when someone she knew said that they would send her a television set citing that they have nothing else to do than making babies.

    The Jawani Phir Nahi Aani star was invited on Ahsan khan’s Show with her husband and shared the incident with the host that when she was expecting her second child, a relative made an inappropriate comment on her decision. The relative said, “It seems you guys are bored, shall we send you a TV?”

    She elaborated that the individual meant that if the couple would spend time watching TV, they won’t get busy making babies.

    The Dil-e-Muztar diva also mentioned that it was a male relative who made this comment. Moreover, the two didn’t even have an open friendship or a level of frankness that could warrant this comment.

    She said that mostly such comments or remarks are passed by men and it shouldn’t be anyone’s business telling her what she should do in her personal life.

    People in Japan have been sending bags of rice that weigh the same as their newborn babies to relatives who are unable to visit them due to the coronavirus pandemic.

    As per details, the phenomenon of “Dakigokochi”, which means rice-filled bags shaped like a baby covered in a blanket and printed with the newborn’s face and name, is becoming immensely popular among new Japanese parents amid restrictions due to the pandemic.

    The price of the bag depends on the size of the baby. Some companies charge one yen a gram, with a 3.5kg pack is priced at 3,500 yen (Rs 5,207).

    Naruo Ono, the owner of Kome no Zoto Yoshimiya rice shop says they first had the idea about 14 years ago when their own son was born. “I was thinking about what I could do for relatives who lived far away and couldn’t come and see him. So we decided to make bags of rice that were the same weight and shape as the baby, so relatives could hold them and feel the cuteness.”

    Ono has since started making the bags for wedding celebrations as well. The wedding rice bags became more famous than the birth ones.

    “During the pandemic, the demand for them has really increased as people haven’t been able to travel to wedding ceremonies,” added Ono.

    Police have arrested a man who ordered cops to give his relatives the illegal possession of some shops while posing as an additional sessions judge.

    According to reports, the accused man, namely Iqbal, called up Garh Police Sub-Inspector Akhtar Abbas as one Additional Sessions Judge Shehryar.

    He then told the cop to take possession of a few shops and hand it to his relatives.

    It was later revealed that the phone SIM was in the name of a person named Iqbal. The police then arrested the man and interrogated him.

    The suspect confessed to calling the policeman as a fake judge during the investigation, after which a case was registered against him.
