    Sindh announces to pass all matric, intermediate students in practical exams

    The Sindh Board Committee of Chairmen has announced to pass all matric and intermediate students who could not appear in their practical exams, reports Geo News.

    The notification was issued on Sunday in which another change has been introduced: those students who wish to reappear in a paper for the purpose of improvement can now do it four times. Previously students were only allowed to retake the exam only once.

    The Chairman of the provincial board, Professor Saeed Uddin said that the decision has been taken in line with the system in place for federal board students.

    He also said that special examinations will be conducted for students in February 2022.

  • Matric paper leaked in Karachi

    The question paper of Physics of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Examination 2021 (matriculation exams) has been leaked on social media, and the solved paper is being widely shared. SSC exams across Sindh started from today, The News has reported.

    As per details, the Physics paper began at 9:30am on Monday. At 9:34am, images of a solved exam paper were doing the rounds on social media.

    According to the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) Chairperson Syed Sharaf Ali Shah, a total of 348,249 students have registered for the ninth grade and matric exams in science and general groups.

    In addition to that, multiple examination centres across the city complained of a delay in the delivery of question papers. More than 300,000 students of classes 9 and 10 will sit in the examinations this year and more than 438 examination centres have been set up in Sindh and Intermediate exams will be held from July 26.
