    Man discovers woman secretly living in his cupboard for days

    A man placed a hidden camera in his home after observing items going missing and found that a woman had been secretly living in his cupboard.

    Joe Cummings of New York shared an experience from 2009. Twelve years on from the discovery, the video is once again circulating on social media with millions watching in fear and shock.

    Cummings had shared a video that shows the woman getting on top of a table and placing a stool in front of the same table. She then carefully steps down onto the floor.

    A few seconds later, the woman can be seen grabbing some snacks and drinks from his fridge.

    She then sits on a sofa to watch television for a few minutes. The mysterious lady returns to the fridge for more food before hiding once again when she hears the owner of the house coming to that area.

    Cummings reported the incident to the police after watching the video and the woman was arrested. It was reported that the woman had been living in the house for two consecutive weeks.

    YouTuber and content creator Rahim Pardesi recently shared that his wife almost died due to a doctor’s negligence at a private hospital. Pardesi said that he made the video to highlight how doctors and big hospitals mistreat patients.

    In a video titled ‘My wife almost died,’ Pardesi and his wife Somia detailed their painful experience of childbirth and how Somia almost died due to doctors negligence.

    The couple revealed that the doctor first kept insisting on Somia to have a Cesarean delivery. When the child was delivered naturally via normal delivery, the doctors left five sponges inside her body.

    The incident has sparked a debate on social media on negligence by doctors in Pakistan.

    Commenting on Pardesi’s video, one social media user commented that “his niece lost her brain” due to the negligence of the same doctor.

    “I am a doc and I don’t understand why some doctors in Pakistan think they are holy cows and they are not accountable to anyone (sic)”, wrote another user.

    On the other hand, some people thought that Pardesi’s video was a character and professional assassination of the doctor.

    “I can understand the discomfort or feelings but it’s clearly a character and professional assassination of a professional,” wrote a social media user.

    Pardesi, who moved to Pakistan from Scotland, a few years back is a well-known comedian, YouTuber and content creator who is famous for his funny videos. He is best known for his character Nasreen.

    A retired Southwest Airlines pilot was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to exposing his genitals to a female first officer and watching pornography on a laptop during a flight from Philadelphia to Florida last year, Associated Press News has reported.

    U.S. Magistrate Judge J. Mark Coulson sentenced him to one year of unsupervised probation and a $5,000 fine.

    “This is not the kind of aberrant behaviour that anyone should accept,” the prosecutor said.

    “She had a right not to be subjected to this kind of behaviour, regardless of what may have motivated it or prompted it,” he added.

    “It started as a consensual prank between me and the other pilot. I never imagined it would turn into this in a thousand years,” Haak said during a remote hearing.

    A Southwest spokesperson told abc news that Haak left the airline before the company was made aware of the incident.

    On May 25, the news of a couple kissing in a flight that was going from Karachi to Islamabad blew up on social media and people expressed their anger over the public display of affection. The hashtag #airbluekissing is still trending, days later.

    On May 25, the news of Sunita Masih, a 14-year-old Christian girl, who was gang-raped in Faisalabad made it to mainstream and social media. As per details, Sunita was abducted and gang-raped. She was allegedly asked to convert to Islam and upon refusal, she was physically tortured.

    People, divided on social media, are asking why the ‘kissing incident’ is receiving more attention and flak on social media than the news of Sunita who was targeted in the most heinous way.

    “Airline mein PDA couple ke liye Islam jaag gaya tha. Sunita Masih ke lye Islam kyun nahi jaag raha?”, wrote one Twitter user, questioning the hypocrisy of people who are more outraged by PDA than the rape of a minor girl.

    A couple travelling in an Airblue flight, from Karachi to Islamabad on May 20, were seen kissing in public, which made some fellow passengers uncomfortable.

    “The couple was sitting in the front row and was kissing each other publicly” claims the eyewitness Bilal Farooq Alvi, who was sitting on seat number 5, which was behind the couple. Bilal claimed that the couple was involved ‘immoral activities’, during the flight.

    “When [some fellow passengers] complained to the air hostess, she warned them but they continued with what they were doing,” he added, “The air hostess then provided them with a blanket to keep their displays of affection under wraps”

    “You don’t have any right to interfere in someone’s privacy,” the couple said to the passengers before leaving the plane.

    Bilal has also lodged a complaint against the Airblue staff for not taking any action against the couple.

    The civil aviation is probing the matter, Express Tribune has reported.

    The premier maintains an active social media presence. Which allows his followers to stay up-to-date with his activities. He has become the first Pakistani politician to hit such a large following on Instagram.

    PM Khan’s post on his Instagram account right before amassing 5 million followers was a quote by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani as saying: “I looked into spiritual works and have not found anything better than giving food to people. Had the world been in my hands, I would not entertain anything except feed the hungry.”

    The post gathered nearly 400 comments and 36,000 likes in an hour of it being shared.

    PM Imran Khan also has 13.6 million followers on Twitter  and has 10.3 million followers on Facebook.

    A woman in Henan, China found her doppelgänger on social medial and later discovered that her “friend” was actually her twin sister.  

    According to the details, Cheng Keke and Zhang Li came across each other in January after Cheng’s younger sister spotted Zhang on the Chinese social media site.

    The two looked so similar that Cheng reached out to Zhang. After they became friends, they realised that they had similar hobbies and interests and the same blood group too.

    “We speak in exactly the same voice. When we are together, it is like looking in a mirror,” Cheng was quoted as saying by LADbible.

    Cheng then discussed her loolalike with her parents and came to know that she was adopted.

    Zhang’s mother then told her that her family was unable to afford to give a good life to both of the sisters. She added that she had no idea where the other daughter is.

    However, Cheng’s family was keen to go for DNA tests. It was confirmed on April 29 that they are twins.

    Zainab Qayyum, popularly known as ZQ, has explained that why she underwent multiple COVID testings during the pandemic.

    Responding to a news report which said that the actor got herself tested 11 times because of fear, Zainab Qayyum said: “Uff. Mein wehmi loony nahin different projects may acting karnay kay tehat yeh ehtyaati tadbeer ka hissa hai.”

    The actor further explained that she got “11 tests in the past nine months because I’ve been working on eight different projects with eight different sets of cast and crew. We have to be careful for ourselves as well as our costars.”

    Qayyum also bashed a local media publication for publishing a misleading headline.

    Dunya News poori khabar dayni chayay na kay sunsannnnni waali headline,” said Zainab.

    Earlier, Zainab Qayyum had hit out at her colleagues and fellow actors for partying amid the pandemic.

    “Honestly, as an actor, I don’t have a choice but to go to work where we work under the strictest SOPs,” said ZQ. “I haven’t met anyone apart from my costars on set for fear of being a silent carrier since last year. Have had 11 covid tests (all negative).”

    “Please don’t host [or] attend social events and then come on set to work with us,” she added.

    When a social media user appreciated ZQ for not attending any gatherings, she replied: “Because I am choosing NOT to go. I am responsible, not only for myself but also [for] my co-stars who I have to come on set and work with daily. I’m not going to put them or their families at risk, nor do I expect them to put me at risk either.”

    Qayyum is part of multiple on-air dramas including Geo Entertainment’s Qayamat and ARY Digital’s Shehnai.

    Aamir Liaquat strikes again. After giving us a glimpse of his dancing skills with the Nagin Dance, the television show host’s singing skills have come into the spotlight after a video of him humming Laila O Laila on the sets of his Ramzan transmission was leaked on social media.

    The behind-the-scenes video, which has gone viral on social media, shows Liaquat singing the superhit Bollywood song as the musicians play the music.

    Earlier, during this year’s transmission, Aamir also gave memers an opportunity to make new memes by competing in a race with Pakistani star Naseem Hameed, who had won a gold medal at the South Asian Federation Games in 2010.

    Liaquat became a member of National Assembly in 2018, after securing a seat from NA-245 Karachi.
