    BTS set to perform in South Korea after a hiatus

    A popular Korean pop group, BTS will be going to perform in their home country, South Korea for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic started.

    The tour, “Permission to Dance on Stage” which was previously postponed is now being kicked off by next month, March. The management company, BigHit announced the concert dates on their Twitter.

    The group will perform at Olympic Stadium in Seoul on March 3,12, and 13, and fans will be able to watch live concerts online as well.

    The company wrote on an online fan platform, Weverse, “We would like to thank all ARMY for patiently waiting for an in-person concert to be held in Korea.”

    The management also released the teaser of the tour on their official channel. ARMY fandom is showing their love and support for their upcoming performances on the tour under the comment section of the video.

    ARMY is an acronym of ‘Adorable Representative MC for Youth’.

    BTS Group has achieved international fame by winning all three awards in which they were nominated in the American Music Awards 2021. The awards included are Favorite Pop Duo or Group, Favorite Pop Song for “Butter,” and Artist of the Year.

    The group competed with Ariana Grande, Drake, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd in the category, Artist of the Year.

    Recently, BTS member, V tested positive for covid and is currently undergoing treatment at home.

    Other members RM, Jin, and Suga already recovered from covid in January.

    BTS leader RM and member Jin recover from covid-19

    Popular Korean pop group, BTS leader, Kim Namjoon whose stage name is RM, and sub-vocalist Jin recovered from coronavirus and were also discharged from quarantine.

    BighHit management posted the official statement on the fan community platform, Weverse.

    According to the statement, RM and Jin did not experience any particular health symptoms during quarantine duration however Jin has shown mild symptoms of fever in the early days of home treatment. Now, Jin has fully recovered from covid.

    The company said, “BTS members RM and Jin were notified of their full recovery from COVID-19 and we inform you that starting on January 4 at 12PM KST, their quarantine ended.“

    Both members tested positive on Christmas, December 25.

    Yesterday, group member Suga also fully recovered from coronavirus who was diagnosed with covid on December 24 last year.

    All three members contracted covid after coming back from their official vacation in the United States (US).

    Some fans are looking forward to the comeback and also thank their management company to look after their artists’ health.

    BTS member Suga recovers from covid-19

    South Korean k-pop group, BTS member, Suga recovered from coronavirus and is released from quarantine.

    His management company, BigHit released the official statement regarding Suga recovery from covid-19

    “BTS member SUGA has made a full recovery from COVID-19, and his quarantine has concluded as of today (January 3) at noon.

    Suga, who had been receiving treatment from home for the past 10 days from Friday, December 24, is now able to return to his daily activities.

    Suga did not exhibit any particular symptoms during his quarantine and is currently recuperating while resting at home.

    We would like to thank all fans who have shown concern for the artist’s health as well as those in the medical field who are doing their best to overcome COVID-19.”

    Suga also shared his recovery news to the fan community platform, Weverse excitedly.

    He wrote, “Released from quarantine!” with the smile emoji to express his happiness.

    Suga has tested positive on December 24 for coronavirus after wrapping up his official vacation in the United States (US).

    BTS fandom, ARMY also reacted with happiness and encouraging messages on Twitter.

    Meanwhile, BTS leader Rap Monster (RM) and member Jin are still in quarantine who were diagnosed with covid-19 on the Christmas holiday.

  • BTS leader RM and member Jin get Covid-19 after fellow member Suga

    A K-pop group, BTS leader RM and member Jin who is famous for his visuals also diagnosed with Coronavirus. Their fellow member Suga also tested positive for covid on Friday.

    The group took off from their activities and were spending the vacation in the United States (US). RM returned back home, South Korea on December 17 and initially got negative result before entering self-quarantine as per the official procedure. However, at the time of release from quarantine, the Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) result came out as positive. Currently, he is not having any symptoms.

    On the other side, Jin returned back on December 6 and tested negative both times but he has shown some symptoms of flu and took PCR which turned to be a positive this time. He has mild symptoms and currently taking treatment at home.

    The management of BTS, BigHit released an official statement regarding their health.

    “BTS members RM and Jin were diagnosed with COVID-19 on the evening of Saturday, December 25.“

    “After returning on Friday the 17th from the United States following his personal schedule as part of his official vacation period, RM immediately underwent PCR testing, was found negative and entered into self-quarantine in his home as mandated by COVID-19 control procedures. However, he underwent PCR testing today before his scheduled release from quarantine and was found to be positive for COVID-19; he is currently exhibiting no particular symptoms.“

    “Jin returned to Korea on Monday, December 6 and underwent PCR testing immediately after his return and again before his release from self-quarantine, and was found negative on both occasions. However, feeling flu-like symptoms this afternoon he underwent PCR testing and was found positive for COVID-19 late this evening. He is exhibiting mild symptoms including light fever, and is undergoing self-treatment at home.“

    “Our company will continue to provide support for the rapid recovery of RM and Jin, placing our highest priority on the health and safety of our artists. We will continue to cooperate fully with the requests and guidelines of healthcare authorities.
