Actor and television host Ayaz Samoo has become a father once again with the birth of his daughter.
He announced the news by posting a picture of his daughter on his Instagram account with the caption, “ALHAMDULILLAH! I am really happy to announce the arrival of our little princess & M.Amaz’s younger sister. May ALLAH bless her with all the health, good luck, joy and happiness. Aameen.”
A number of fellow actors and fans have sent him their congratulatory wishes.
Ayaz tied the knot with his wife, Amna, in December 2017 in Karachi. The couple was blessed with their first child, Amaz Samoo, in May 2019
Ayaz last starred in the reality show Tamasha in season 3.
The newlywed couple Hira Khan and Arslan Khan are making waves in the entertainment industry with their modelling and acting.
Recently, both appeared as guests on ‘Mazaq Raat,’ where they talked about their relationship, views on marriage, and societal norms.
During the interview, the host Imran Ashraf asked, “In our society, there’s a dilemma where if a man listens to his wife, which often happens because she might be right, he is labeled as a run mureed or a chuddu (fool). Do you think this reflects an interference of society in personal relationships?”
To which Khan replied, “Imran Bhai, I proudly say that I am a run mureed to my wife, and in my opinion, there is great respect in that.
“If someone thinks that this is a bad thing, I think it reflects their own shortcomings,” he said.
The co-host Ayesha asked, “Are you both possessive, and do you guys check each other’s phones?”
Khan responded, saying, “My phone is always on in front of her, and her (Hira Khan) phone is always on in front of me. Why hide anything when there’s nothing to hide? Everything is out in the open.
“She knows things about me that I might not even want to admit to myself.”
Hira Khan and Arsalan Khan married last year in Lahore.
Tamasha Season 3 began with a bang, but unfortunately, it has failed to capture the audience’s attention like its predecessors, Season 1 and Season 2, both of which created a sensation.
With the previous two seasons, I used to run home to watch the episodes. This season, the house has a younger crowd of contestants, with a plethora of actors and actresses, but despite being 15 days in, the show is dragging.
The main reason for this is the contestants’ friendly dynamics and the simplicity of the tasks assigned to them. Initially, Saima and Dania were in top form, entertaining the audience, but now it seems like they too have lost steam after 16 days. The season has become dull, and with today being elimination day, one or more contestants will bid farewell to the house. The question remains: will the remaining contestants be able to win back the audience’s hearts?
Or will the makers be able to make the game more interesting? Only time will tell if the show can regain its charm.
With many days still to go, the fate of Tamasha Season 3 hangs in the balance. Will the contestants be able to create a buzz, or will the show continue to lose its appeal? The answer lies in the hands of the makers and the contestants.
Adnan Siddiqui is one of Pakistan’s most beloved actors, hosts, and producers, having captivated audiences for over thirty years with his work. His legendary performances have made him an iconic figure and left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry. On the set of Tamasha, Siddiqui gave an interview to Something Haute.
The host Hassan Chaudhry asked, “Rehmaati, everyone across the board is praising your performance, both within Pakistan and internationally. At this stage in your career, with such positive feedback coming in, how does it make you feel? Are you proud of yourself, glad, or simply enjoying the recognition?”
Adnan Siddiqui replied, “It feels really good when your work is appreciated, when your efforts are acknowledged, and when your hard work is recognized. But I always emphasize that the credit is not mine alone. No actor can achieve that level of performance without the support of their fellow actors. Along with them, the production team, producer, director, writer, and even the director of photography all put in their hard work, and that’s how a final product comes together.”
The host revealed, “Let me tell you, Adnan, you’ve got fans across the border too! Many top stars and actors have been praising your work and watching Gentleman. They’re blown away by your performance.” The actor said, “Even the stars of my own country, those who speak less about others have praised me.”
“Naumaan Ijaz, known for his reserved praise, personally texted me to commend my performance in ‘Gentleman’. His recognition means a lot, as he doesn’t often give such praise. It shows there’s something exceptional about my role. While I value the competition in our industry, it’s important to remember that we are all united as one,” Siddiqui added.
Gentleman is directed by Haissam Hussain. The dramas air on Green Entertainment on Sunday at 8:00 PM.

Natasha Ali, actor and contestant on ‘Tamasha 2’, expressed her desire to have fast bowling sensation Haris Rauf as the main actor and Babar Azam in the role of her brother in a movie.
During a talk show on ‘Show Time’ she was joined by veteran actor Babar Ali. Natasha chose the two cricketers from Pakistan’s national cricket team for her dream cast in a film. “I would like to cast Haris Rauf as my hero, whereas, for his brother, I would choose Babar Azam,” she remarked, leaving the live audience in splits.
Natasha then said, “I think Muhammad Rizwan would be a good villain. Maybe it’s his face, or maybe just how he looks in pictures. But remember, villains don’t always have to look mean. There are handsome villains too!”
“Honestly, I don’t know a lot about him, but I think Iftikhar Ahmed would be good for the father’s role,” Natasha said. “And Shaheen Afridi could play the funny character in the film,” she added.
Meanwhile, when Babar Ali was asked about his picks for the upcoming World Cup, he chose Babar Azam, Hassan Ali, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Imam ul Haq, Haris Rauf, Muhammad Rizwan, Shadab Khan, Saud Shakeel, Muhammad Wasim, and Muhammad Haris.
Renowned Indian film director, producer and screenwriter was worried about the reaction from the first wife of Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila at the film screening of the biopic made on the musician’s life. According to a source that talked to Indian media outlet Zoom, Imtiaz Ali was concerned over the film’s reception among the singer’s close relatives, especially his first wife.
Imtiaz Ali said, “Chamkila’s family attended the screening. His first wife, Gurmail Kaur, and Amarjot, along with Chamkila’s son Jaiman Chamkila and daughters were all present. As I watched the film, Chamkila’s first wife sat beside me. I wondered about the sensitive scenes in the movie and if I should retreat before she felt uncomfortable or reacted in any way.”
The director expressed happiness with how Chamkila was portrayed, as they hoped the audience would like it. He said, “I could have judged him for many things he did, but I chose to leave it as it is in the film. It’s actually a credit to the family that they understood.” The film’s cast features Diljit Dosanjh as Amar Singh Chamkila and Parineeti Chopra as his wife Amarjot, based on the real-life story of Chamkila and his wife, a singer known for lewd lyrics who was assassinated at a traditional Akhara (event) in 1988 in Punjab. They were shot, along with two other members of their group, as soon as they got out of the car they used to reach the venue.

Saeeda Imtiaz said that a group of hackers had posted fake news on her Instagram and Facebook accounts leading her family and friends to become extremely upset, as they kept calling her to confirm the news.
Television host Mathira had slammed Imtiaz for refusing to come forward with details, calling this a badly staged publicity stunt, in a screenshot shared by Galaxy Lollywood.
Taking to her Instagram account, Imtiaz criticised those who were claiming that this was a publicity stunt, pointing out that the incident was traumatising for her, especially listening to news sources saying that she had passed away. She called for the critics to be mindful of their actions, because no one knows about how their life would turn out.
