Celebrity couple of Ayeza Khan and Danish Taimoor appeared on Ahsan Khan’s show together and opened up about each other’s secrets.
On being asked about the Chupke Chupke diva’s phobia, Danish revealed that she has a phobia of swimming. The Meray Paas Tum Ho star stated that she has a phobia of swimming since childhood, even when she goes to a beach, she only clicks pictures there. Ayeza mentioned that she doesn’t go near the water.
The Deewangi star stated that he told Ayeza that he can teach her swimming as he has been doing that since childhood but she doesn’t agrees as she is scared of it.
The Meherposh duo revealed that they parted ways after being engaged over differences but later patch up when they were roped in by producer Abdullah Qadwani who casted them together in a play.
Ayeza said that after their break up, Danish just suddenly called her and proposed on the phone.
The pair married in 2014 and have two children together.
The Mera Rab Waris actor stated that now he is being trolled on social media and gets abused on a regular basis.
Minal was quick to react to his statement by adding that these are the after effects of being accustomed with a renowned celebrity.

Actor Sarwat Gilani has opened up about an incident when someone she knew said that they would send her a television set citing that they have nothing else to do than making babies.
The Jawani Phir Nahi Aani star was invited on Ahsan khan’s Show with her husband and shared the incident with the host that when she was expecting her second child, a relative made an inappropriate comment on her decision. The relative said, “It seems you guys are bored, shall we send you a TV?”
She elaborated that the individual meant that if the couple would spend time watching TV, they won’t get busy making babies.
The Dil-e-Muztar diva also mentioned that it was a male relative who made this comment. Moreover, the two didn’t even have an open friendship or a level of frankness that could warrant this comment.

The Na Maloom Afraad 2 diva was asked to choose a name from the list including Hiba Bukhari, Rimsha Khan and Alizeh Shah. This statement gave birth to cat-fight rumours between the two young stars.
Following the social media scrutiny, she called Alizeh to sort things out between the two.
She said: “I called Alizeh and apologised”.
While Shahroz further elaborated that Sadaf also made it clear that if Alizeh works with him in future she will not have any issue on that.

The Chupke Chupke actor was asked to share a secret of his wife that her fans are unaware of. Talking about an incident, he said: “Once a friend of Hira’s said that your husband is a comedian and Hira slapped her so hard and asked her to get off the car and it was late night.”
“My driver called me and told me that madam has gone insane, and this incident happened about nine years ago. I asked him what happened and he said I don’t know the reason but they are fighting. During a segment of the show when Ahsan qouted a statement by the Mere Paas Tum Ho writer, that “Feroze Khan can never become an actor”, Feroze responded by stating that Khalil and him are now friends.
Feroze also received backlash for his controversial statement about marriage. On being asked if he thinks he married at an early age, the Khaani actor answered that he doesn’t think so and one should marry more than once.

Aiman Khan appeared on Time out with Ahsan Khan, with her actor husband, Muneeb Butt. During the interview session Aiman mentioned that fans still confuse her and Minal with each other.
“I haven’t been on the screen since a while, however still whenever I go to a mall, people recognize me and at times confuse me with my sister Minal.”
“I have experienced middle aged women coming to me and schooling me for projects I haven’t even done.” she added that after Jalan‘s broadcast an elderly lady confronted her for doing Jalan. ARY’s drama Jalan was based on an explicit relationship of a man with his wife’s sister.
She narrated a hilarious incident, when a middle aged women came to her at a mall and confronted her for playing Nisha in Jalan, which was actually performed by her sister, Minal. She stated, “A lady came to me and asked me how can you do such a character?” Aiman was taken aback with the overwhelming situation, and replied saying “Its not me, its my sister, Minal”.
Her husband, Muneeb was quick to add that after he did a drama based on domestic violence, Kaisa Hai Naseeban, women used to ask Aiman if he mistreats her or oppresses her.
Aiman and Minal are identical twins, hence its natural for people to confuse one with the other.
The Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has slapped a fine of Rs 500,000 to Express Entertainment’s celebrity talk show Time Out with Ahsan Khan for using animals as props.
Lawyer Faizullah Khan Niazi, who filed a “self-explanatory” complaint before the regulatory body on behalf of Santia Gulzar against the TV channel and show announced PEMRA’s decision on social media and shared a copy of the order.
“PEMRA saw fit to accept my arguments and impose a fine on Express Entertainment for using animals as props for the purposes of entertainment in its show Time Out with Ahsan Khan,” wrote Niazi on Twitter.
“The Council of Complaints (CoC) [in it’s 106th meeting] upheld the rights of animals and stopped unnecessary pain and suffering being caused to them,” added the lawyer.
“The Council after hearing the matter was of the considered view that the treatment towards animals in this specific show caused unnecessary pain and suffering to the animals used as props in the show. Subjugating animals to such uncalled-for treatment is clearly prohibited under Article 4 and Article 9 of the Constitution of Pakistan,” read PEMRA’s order.
Abuzar Khan Niazi, who is a Managing Partner at Lahore-based Crown Law Chambers also shared the judgment on social media, saying that the “treatment metted out to rabbits has been declared illegal and unconstitutional”.

Chairperson Child Protection and Welfare Bureau Punjab and a Spokesperson of the Punjab Government Sarah Ahmad hailed the decision, calling it a “landmark judgement on animal rights”.
Council of Complaints, Lahore headed by @pansota1 passed a landmark judgment on animal rights which by all means was a case of first impression before any forum. Licensee was fined Rs.500,00/- for subjecting the animals to unnecessary pain and suffering.
Earlier in March, Crown Chambers had filed a complaint before PEMRA against Express Entertainment and the show for using animals as props.
“The captioned TV show has broadcasted insensitive and reckless content committing negligence and cruelty towards animals by subjecting them to unnecessary suffering and thereby, also mentally disturbing the general public at large,” the complaint had read.
For one of its segments, Time Out with Ahsan Khan used rabbits as props. The segment features a series of multiple-choice questions and if the celebrity answers a question incorrectly, a rabbit is placed on their lap. While some may see this as a harmless act, celebrities like Maya Ali were seen screaming out of fear. The complainant felt that this causes distress to the animal and accounts as animal cruelty.
Meanwhile, Ahsan Khan while speaking exclusively to The Current responded to the controversy, saying: “Let me clarify. These rabbits are basically pets and the person who owns them brings them to the set. When they are on set, we make sure that they are well-fed and taken care of and are not facing any issues. They are not uncomfortable at all. The person whose pets they are keeps them indoors and they are very easy to play with.”
“Araam say haathon main aa jaatay hain,” explained Khan.
The actor then said that being a pet lover he is very careful with the animals on set and cares for them.
“I myself am a pet lover,” said Ahsan. “I have dogs at home. I have cats. I also have parrots and hens and they are all like my own children. We try to provide them with comfortable environments. So naturally, we are very careful with the animals – all of us on set.”
He further said that after the show invited backlash for “using animals as props,” he and his producer decided to avoid it.
“My producer and I thought that if this is hurting people and they are not liking it, then we can avoid it. So we have cut out the segment in the last three to four episodes we’ve recorded,” stated Ahsan, clarifying that the ones which included the animals were shot before.
“Although this segment is one of my favourites because this is the only one in which we discuss general knowledge, which not only educates my guests but also those who are watching the show. Whoever gives a wrong answer has to hold the pet in their lap,” he shared. It is pertinent to add here that the male guests usually enjoy petting the animals but the female guests are scared of them and often jump around screaming when asked to hold them.
“We on our end have been very careful with handling them, but if some people don’t like it then we, including my producers and all can apologise to them,” concluded Khan. “It’s a mutual thing. If something is not right, we should look into it.”
