    ‘The cars are mine too’: Parizaad fame 60 crore mansion’s real owner revealed, wants to sell

    HUM TV’s hit serial Parizaad is garnering high television ratings and digital views, reasons being its large production, stellar star-cast, great storyline, and excellent performances.

    The house is owned by Usman Zafar Cheema and it is located in Gulberg Green, Islamabad. Regarding his house, Mr. Cheema revealed that he is selling it as he is moving to his new house. He also revealed the price, which is no doubt absolutely shocking for some people.

    Gulberg Green Islamabad is where the house is located, and it was built in 2018. The house is of 10 kanals. With a large footprint, it has 14 rooms. Most of the area is used for numerous sitting areas and corridors. After the show was aired, the owner claims that people now flock to his house to pay him a visit. He claimed that there is even a YouTube video with a map guide to his house.

    The house is now on sale and is worth 60 Crores.

    Actor Ushna Shah has said that people should stop watching television and use social media if they feel celebrities are responsible for spreading vulgarity.

    The celebrity said that people with ethics and morals who think of celebrities as being inferior and responsible for spreading vulgarity should stop watching television and stop using social media.

    Taking to Twitter, Shah wrote, “Show your gherat (honour) please.”

    Earlier, the Balaa star had advised parents to raise their children by themselves instead of relying on celebrities to do so.

    The celebrity posted a bit of rather angry, but important advice for parents whose children are old enough consume online entertainment content.

    She clarified that the private life of celebrities is none of other people’s business.

    Shah went on to say that if it is good enough for the children in the families to see the content, but not good enough for the parents, then don’t allow them to use Instagram or ban them from showbiz stars’ social media pages.

    Ushna Shah lashes out at Sanjay Leela Bhansali for making a film on Lahore’s Heera Mandi

    Actor Ushna Shah has lashed out at Bollywood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for making a film on Lahore’s Heera Mandi.

    The Balaa actor said: “Culture collaboration is one thing but this is appropriation. Mimicking ours will make the project lose authenticity! India has a plethora of rich culture and history to film, this isn’t theirs to make.”

    According to reports in the Indian media, the period drama titled Heera Mandi will revolve around the lives of sex workers, working in Lahore’s red-light district.

    Vibhu Puri who is Bhansali’s former assistant will direct the project, which will feature Alia Bhatt in the lead. However, other names like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Deepika Padukone, Parineeti Chopra, Manisha Koirala, and Vidya Balan are also under consideration.

    Earlier, actor Yasir Hussain slammed the Ram Leela director for his Netflix debut.

    “You know what we don’t appreciate? Judgmental, condescending ‘white saviour’, wanna-be’s,” wrote Ushna

    “We don’t need you to ‘fix us’. Govt of Pakistan needs to stop handing out YouTube visas,” the actress added.

    Earlier, this week Rosie shared a post calling out local tourists,” Keep The North Pure’ with pictures of the pollution caused by the local tourists, a collage of an event and a few screenshots of her conversation with distressed residents.”

    Rosie first visited Pakistan in December 2018. She had extensively documented her trip on social media and she converted to Islam in January 2020.
