Shehbaz Sharif has submitted a contempt petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday, against six officials jinhon nay court ke orders ke bawajood roka tha. Violating a court order is contempt of court, isn’t it? 

Shehbaz Sharif’s name has also been added to the ECL, which means he cannot leave the country. 

In a surprise twist, the PM’s close aide, Zulfi Bukhari, has announced that he is resigning from his office due to allegations against him in the ongoing Rawalpindi Ring Road inquiry.   
 

Miss Mexico has been crowned Miss Universe on Sunday in Florida. 

Andrea Meza, 26, finished first ahead of the Brazilian and Peruvian finalists in a flashy televised event, hosted by American actor Mario Lopez and television personality Olivia Culpo. 

Former Miss Universe contestants Cheslie Kryst, Paulina Vega and Demi-Leigh Tebow (who won the title in 2017) served as competition analysts and commentators, and a panel of eight women determined the winner.
