Dale Wheatley, a transportation coordinator at the Anatomical Gift Association in Illinois that distributes human body parts for medical research, revealed to People Magazine that after he filed a complaint about the condition of donor bodies, he found three severed heads sitting on his desk.
In the last five years of working at this place, Wheatley had never found body parts placed so casually at his desk. He said that they are safely transported to storage areas, and then shipped of to medical students where students dissect and study them. Afterwards, they are cremated, and the ashes are sent to family members.
“At first I was confused,” Wheatley tells PEOPLE. “My boss walked by, and I asked him why the heads were at my desk. He said they need to get back with their bodies so we can send them to cremation.”
Wheatley said he asked his boss about why the heads were lying on his desk. His boss said he did not know.
Wheatley had earlier complained that donated bodies were not kept in proper conditions or stored, leading to decomposition and mold, rendering them unsuitable for studying. Wheatley’s lawyer David Fish said that rats had chewed through the bags, which made the bodies unusable.
“The body goes to waste if it’s not properly cared for,” Fish told PEOPLE.
The president of the company, William O’Connor, denied Wheatley’s complaint that bodies were being mishandled.

All three of these politicians held important posts in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) before they switched camps.
In 2016, PTI appointed Aleem Khan as President of the party’s central Punjab chapter. Amir Mahmood Kiyani, an old confidant of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, was the federal minister of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination. Auwn Chaudhary, another figure thought to be a very close aide of Imran Khan’s, previously served as Chief Coordinator to the Chief Minister of former Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.
Nigel Farage, former broadcaster and head of Brexit Party, has been roasted on Twitter for a tweet in which he berated the Australian cricket team for not celebrating “champagne style” after winning World Test Championship (WTC) because of Muslim opener Usman Khawaja.
Farage posted a tweet on Sunday after Australia won the WTC at the Oval in London and chose not to celebrate with champagne, as teams traditionally do, out of respect for their Muslim teammate.
“Once again the Australian cricket team do not celebrate in champagne style because 1 of the team members is a Muslim. Are we all to suspend normal life because of the minority,” he wrote.
The tweet got slammed by fans of the game, with nearly every nationality joining in for a bit of Farage bashing.
Cricket writer Kit Harris rebuked Farage in a scathing tweet that begun, “It’s called “mateship”. I know it doesn’t exist in politics, but it does in sport — especially Australian sport.”
It’s called “mateship”. I know it doesn’t exist in politics, but it does in sport — especially Australian sport. When it comes to the Australian cricket team, Usman Khawaja isn’t a “minority”. He’s their opening batsman. I imagine the players felt the tradition of taking a… https://t.co/4Nk74F6pHl
Indian fans jumped in too, though their team had just lost to Australia.
It’s called being decent. They would do the same for a Jewish or Hindu colleague. They can always have a drink afterward without Khwaja. https://t.co/P285NVMXMw

Netflix subscriptions have registered a spike in daily sign-ups after the streaming giant launched a crackdown on password sharing on May 23, data from research firm Antenna has shown.
The news sent shares of the company up 2.3 per cent to US$418.92 in early trading.
Looking for new ways to make money in a saturatwd market and a tough economy, Netflix moved to regulate the sharing of account passwords with friends and family- a drastic turnaround for a company that had once tweeted “Love is sharing a password”.
Netflix added 100,000 new accounts on both May 26 and May 27, shortly after the crackdown went into effect, Antenna’s data found. In the following days, Netflix has seen a more than 100% increase in sign-ups from the prior 60-day average.
“These exceed the spikes in sign-ups Antenna observed during the initial US Covid-19 lockdowns in March and April 2020,” the firm said in a report. It also noted that “cancels also increased during this period, but not as much as sign-ups.”
Netflix (NFLX) shares popped on the news, rising nearly 2% in early trading Friday. Shares have climbed over 27%, to about $415, over the last month. Last month, the service alerted US subscribers that if they share passwords with people outside of their household, they would have to add an extra member to their account for an additional $7.99 monthly fee or sign up for a new account. It also plans to block users with unauthorized passwords. The streaming video pioneer saw its four largest days of U.S. user acquisition after the change came into effect in the 4-1/2 years that Antenna has been covering the company.
Minister of State for Petroleum, Musadik Malik, has announced that the prices of petroleum products will witness a decrease once a continuous supply of oil from Russia is ensured.
Speaking to a private news channel, Malik highlighted the substantial difference in prices that will benefit the masses once Pakistan starts fulfilling one-third of its domestic oil needs through imported Russian oil. He stated, “Our target is to obtain one-third of crude oil from Russia at a discounted rate. When we achieve this objective, petroleum products will be available at a cheaper price.”
In response to a question about the expected decrease in fuel prices, Malik said, “I am unable to divulge the precise pricing details at this moment. However, it will lead to a significant difference.”
While the state minister refrained from disclosing the current price, he emphasised that a substantial reduction in price would occur. He also mentioned that the first oil cargo has already arrived in Karachi, and the government is focused on maintaining a steady supply of Russian oil.
The current deal involves 100,000 metric tonnes of oil, with the second consignment scheduled to arrive at the port next week.
When asked about the possible effects of buying Russian oil and any potential issues at the global level, Malik expressed confidence that adhering to agreements and maintaining transparency would prevent any complications. He underscored the importance of responsible international engagement.
Previously, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his fulfillment of another promise made to the nation, stating that the arrival of the first-ever Russian oil cargo marks the beginning of a new relationship between Pakistan and the Russian Federation. He described the day as transformative and emphasised the country’s commitment to achieving prosperity, economic growth, and energy security.
Following its docking at the port, the authorities have commenced the process of transferring the Russian crude from the oil tanker to the Pakistan Refinery Limited for further processing and extraction of various final products. The transportation of crude oil to the facility is expected to be completed within the next 24 to 36 hours.
It is worth noting that this is the first time Russian crude oil is being treated in Pakistan. The determination of the actual price of petroleum products in Pakistan will be possible only after the completion of the processing of this imported oil.
Agar politics mein ziada maza nahi a raha, then every one should follow the start of Sheikh Rasheed’s rap career with the Pindi Boyz.
The famous Rawalpindi politician set social media ablaze when he made an appearance in the rap group’s latest song ‘Pindi Aye 2.0’ in the begining. He can be seen sitting lazily on a sofa and puffing a cigar, while handing a black dossier to members of the band.

On the surprise inclusion of the OG Pindi boy, Karamat told Dawn Images that it had taken them three years to convince the politician to agree to appear in their video. After chasing Rasheed for two months, the gang went to visit him at his house on the third day of Eid in order to shoot the intro.
The group recalled spending two and a half hours with Rasheed, calling him very cool and laidback::
“It was very chill, very laidback. He was like one of us,” Karamat revealed.
The group also recalled how they asked Rasheed to just be himself, since he is known for his street smart style which is quite different from the the rest of the politicians. “Political stuff aside, he looked like Nick Fury while handing us the dossier,” Karamat remarked.
